This is a beautiful hotel in an extraordinary South American city. It provides extraordinary rooms, attentive and very kind staff, and all the special facilities required for special occasions. I am a longtime Chicago resident and, for several years, a New York City resident, duly impressed by this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and room (we had the room with balcony and city view). Great front desk staff. Breakfast was on a patio overlooking the city. Good location to walk to the old city and also along the river. Would stay here again.
It got a little hot in the room at night (no AC, top floor). Windows open kept the temperature great, but the street is loud which made it a bit hard to sleep.

The hotel is beautiful. The balcony in our room was magical. The staff is very kind
The car can not drop you at the entrance of the hotel, you have to take stairs in the street or walk 2 minutes to the end of the street.

It's a romantic hotel with beautiful decor, and friendly staff that go out of their way to please, and the location of the hotel is near the river close to the attractions and great spots to eat.
