The pools are located directly behind the building. Having a good sized balcony and a mountain view were nice. Great underground parking and convenient access to elevators so didn’t have to walk very far.

There weren’t any blinds on the patio door for privacy at night. A welcome card that explains how to use the fireplace would be appreciated. The tv in the bedroom didn’t allow us to sign in to our streaming services so an instruction sheet would be helpful. A map of the building for emergency exits would be useful as well as getting to the pool. Maybe tell your guests that restaurant access is limited at certain times of the year and week..

Location is great super close to the lifts and places to eat. Fact that the pools are in this building is really good since you can access them without the need to go out. The size was very comfortable. It was clean and all the instructions for check in and out were very clear and easy to follow.

Panorama is a great place to get away for the weekend. Great hikes and walking paths. The lifts and coffee shop weren't open this weekend like it as this weekend the pervious year. The unit was perfect for our stay. Everything you need is there.

It was a surprise to have to do a damage deposit through a third party. I wasn't comfortable with it. Seemed scammy to me.

Walking Distance to restaurants due to my mobility issues. Minimal coffee making supplies. Check in not explained ahead of time. Need to check in at central location at entry to resort is fine if explained ahead of time.

It had a kitchenette, we didn’t have to buy food there. It was very clean and quiet. We walked to the ski lifts.

After I booked the hotel there were hidden fees, which I did not appreciate.

The one restaurant/pub at the resort. Food was sub-standard for what they wanted you to pay.

The instructions to check in were not clear but we asked a lot of people for help and eventual got our keys

The front desk is open 24 hours, so was really easy to get the keys. Views are wonderful. Felt like we had the slopes to ourselves even so close to Christmas!
