Location was stunning, and our suite was big and super comfortable for a family of 3 with a very active and excited toddler on his first overseas holiday. The staff in the attached restaurant were super, so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner and my husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar (karaoke was an unexpected twist!). We had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay again next time we pass through Radium.

The only negative I can think of is that the air con units in the rooms were noisy, purely due to some loose panels. We bring tape with us for babyproofing and once we taped the panels the noise was fine so problem was easily solved.

The staff was great. Our first encounter was with Oggie. Y'all, he's a keeper. Friendly, helpful, very personable, and he never lost his professionalism. Dakota and, please forgive me if I get her name wrong, Maggi were lovely. And we couldn't be more pleased with the cleaning staff - we didn't want service daily but they were wonderful when we needed anything. Teco, in the bar, was friendly and attentive and mixed an excellent drink.This was our third time at your hotel. Hopefully, not our last. Good luck to Teco and Oggie with their Canadian citizenship. They'll be a benefit to Canada for sure.

Understanding that staffing in the 'off season' is a challenge, we'd've loved it if the bar were open regularly. Other than that, we're pretty happy with everything

Location was stellar!! Couldn't have been a better location. The staff was amazing!! I went to the hotel with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and we were treated like royalty!! I interacted with two individuals, one when we checked in and another when we checked out, and they were both extremely courteous and helpful. They were positive and very welcoming. As for the room it was large, spacious and cozy. I know that my wife really liked that the towels were soft. In our travels on other occasions we've come across linen that was hard as rock. The towels were very nice. Little things like this make for a more enjoyable time. We WILL be back!

Nothing comes to mind. The place was tidy and neat. No concerns.

Food at the restaurant was very good..everything fresh and plenty of it! The staff at the restaurant were awesome and exceptional.. how nice to be served by people who are friendly, helpful and enjoy their job ! Can’t say enough good things about them. All the staff were very good, at the lobby and the cleaning staff as well. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

The carpets in the hallway could have have been better, they were kind of shabby looking

Something I really loved about the property was the staff working there, they were super friendly and were able to accommodate a room for us although we had booked for the wrong dates. The restaurant in the hotel is fabulous is tastes good and looks delicious totally recommend it. The interior of the hotel is just as good as the exterior I like the location of the hotel and how it is near a lot of tourist attractions like the rotary park and the radium hotspring sign near the roundabout the view from the hotel is amazing. However I can thank the staff enough, don’t know the name of the guy who helped us out but he was amazing.

This is a simple but clean and functional hotel in a central location. The rooms were of a good size and everything (Wifi, bathroom, etc.) worked. We were only there overnight and didn't try the extra facilities (eg., pool).

We had a room on the side of the hotel facing the road and we had some road noise during the night. Also, there was a kind of "thrumming" sound during the night. Neither one was too bad, but I would have preferred more quiet.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location and parking were great. The cleaning staff were all awesome and super helpful.

Our carpet was torn up in one spot of the room probably from a previous pet. And prices per night were a bit steep plus pet fees.

We did not eat at the hotel

The staff handled our issue we had with the fridge having a piece of pepperoni in an open bag from the previous guests and not being cleaned when we arrived. It was promptly dealt with and we were given a discount. Thanks so much. We are staying in Cranbrook at the Rocky Mountain prestige tonight as a result of our flight cancelation.

Radium is a hidden gem. I will sing it's praises to anyone who listens. Prestige was an excellent ambassador for visitors and gave a great introduction to the Radium vibe. Thanks team, the AC not working stopped this being 10/10

The AC didn't work and the evening was warm, the room soon became uncomfortable. An open window helped but outside noise was then inescapable.
