We were very pleased with our stay here. We had 3 2 bedroom townhouses. 2 had been recently renovated and were modern and clean. The 3rd was smaller and older. The kitchen is very well equipped which was ideal as we cooked all meals on site. We stayed in Invermere the same week and paid significantly more for a much smaller room.

No complaints about the resort. If we hadn’t seen the newly updated units, we would have been very happy with ours too.

I have stayed in numerous times and find it comfortable and convenient. The beds are good and the rooms are clean. There is a functional kitchenette in the rooms we have stayed which is great. The wifi works well too. I love the location on the gold course with all the Mountain Sheep roaming around. We have always stay here in the fall when it is quieter.

Everything was great except we booked on Booking.com and received way too many emails confirming I had booked. I received about 8 emails most of which were duplicates.

The kitchen had everything I could have needed and more. The living room was comfy. Lots of outlets. I loved having the option to do laundry. I didn’t need to be it was great. The second bedroom for my son was wonderful.

I would have liked to see an information booklet or something. I’m sure I could have called the welcome centre but seeing a book with everything and with info about local restaurants and amenities would have helped a bit. I also would have liked to have an ice machine somewhere on the property (if there was one we didn’t see it).

Pool & hot tub were very nice condo was well equipped with all we needed for our stay location is close enough to walk into town the place is new so not much to complain about would stay again

A lot of very noisy golfers were staying in the condo at the same time we were black out curtains in master bedroom would have been nice

We were notified of construction underway when booked. It started just before 8 AM. Something that I am sure is making it better for future stays but a slight negative this visit.

The pool and hot tubs were a big hit and saved the trip as the weather wasn't great. Our bed was super comfy. Don't think I've ever slept so well in a hotel/condo/bed away from home. :) The golf course staff were nice enough to lend a golf cart even though my boys were just going to the driving range. They thought that was fun.

Weather. ha. A larger softer pull out for our growing sons. :) I guess the gym could be a bit bigger with more equipment and have earlier opening times, but honestly it was fine as well. The hot tubs could be a bit warmer as well.

the suites are gorgeous and spacious, as well as quite sound proof from other units. the pool was fabulous and we loved the option of the hot hot tub or warm hot tub

The AC was in the family room/kitchen and not the master bedroom so the master was exceptionally hot. It would have been much more pleasant to have the AC unit in the bedroom or 2 units for the large suite.

The perfect place to stay in Radium Hotspring! Conveniently located near everything, the suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and made the stay even better.

Strict rules and possible extra charges during your stay.

Lovely, clean, comfortable studio in a nice area surrounded by mountains. The pool and 2 hot tubs are great. Very handy for trips into the national parks.

Complicated check in procedure and half the items on the kitchenette inventory were missing. It takes 10 working days to get the damage deposit back.

This is a condo, so you bring your own supplies. The location is on a golf course. We stayed in the winter months, so no golfers, but lots of bighorn sheep. Drive slowly, they're in the road. Check out the nearby Radium Hot Springs. And go for a good soak! A delicious dinner at the Austrian restaurant! Really friendly!!

The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall, everything was great.
