Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready when we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive till 1 in the morning. He also told us not to worry about check out time and sleep as long as we want. He would have canceled our reservation too if we would have booked with his website instead of the bookings website (which would have charged us if we would have cancelled so short noticed). The cabin was very spacious and clean

Our cabin was right in the highway and was extremely noisy all night long.

William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook.

The rooms were comfortable, very clean and being centrally located, we had easy access to fun stuff like the Hot Springs, zip lining, lake, etc. They also had a barbecue outside that any guest could use which was helpful. The staff were super friendly and nice, gave us extra towels for hot springs, etc. I think it is a family run business and they have pride in their facility.

The coffee machine was NOT a Keurig as advertised. It would be nice if there was more than a microwave--some larger units have kitchenettes but most did not.

A quaint little place in a great location. The owner,Len, was very informative..as good as, or better, than the local visitor center. He took the time to give us all the good tips down to where to shop, dine and hike. There were outdoor areas to hang out and he was just so welcoming and friendly.

The hospitality was expectional! We were able to check in late and the host let us know of some local spots that did not disappoint! Also the whole place was clean and had lovely flowers throughout. Would 100% stay here again!

Great view of the mountains. Quick drive to the hot springs, hikes and town. Or walk to the town to enjoy the sites. The owner was very friendly and had great ideas of things for our family to do. Our room was great- we ate breakfast and lunch there. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. There was a great table that our family enjoyed playing games each night on.

Nothing was bad. Only thing I will change next time is booking directly with motel as booking sites charge extra money for booking and you end up paying more than actual motel.
