We have stayed at the Copper Point Resort before and really enjoyed it then as we did now and will certainly be back in the future. Great location, indoor and outdoor pools are excellent. Staff is friendly and very polite. We ended up staying an extra night because it was so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here.

Love the suits loads of room and huge fridge and freezer which was great especially as we are a family of four. Both the children loved the indoor and outdoor pools we went twice a day!

The bedroom patio door seemed like there was a draft coming in which wasn’t great as our baby was in the room in her crib. We did tell the front desk about this. There was also a lot of upgrades being done but both main floor bathrooms were out of order our whole stay as well as the elevator to the parking garage. Not major things but on arrival wasn’t told and had packed everything onto a trolly to bring upstairs from the garage than to realize we have to re pack car and kids and drive back to the front of the property to unload.

Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and in a nice location. We really enjoyed the Elements restaurant on site (we went there for dinner and it was very good) and enjoyed having a balcony even though it was too cold outside to use it.

Our room (standard) was a bit too small, not much space to put multiple bags, and there was no desk. We found the pillows to be a bit too thick. The receptionist informed us that the outdoor pool was closed for the evening due to maintenance, so we had to change our plans, but we saw people swimming there a little later (we are sorry we missed the opportunity to use it due to bad information received).

Nice resort, the room was spacious and nice. The hotel has a nice restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner. Liked the outdoor pool, it had a great temp. And the parkade. Staff at the reception was friendly.

The pools were pretty dirty and the indoor pool was too cold. Should be same temp ad the outdoor one. The servers in the restaurant did forget part of our order and made mistakes on the bill(charged for extra drink we didn’t have). And the room should have enough toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for the duration of our stay, it should be well stacked.

I love the amenities and location. The staff for so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were really enthusiatic and passionate about their job and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I brought my dog and they treated my dog like a valued guest. The rooms were super comfortable and spacious, and supplied everything we needed to feel at home and settle in quickly. We wished the jet bubbles and other hot tub were working, but aside from that, it was a fabulous stay. We ended out stay with a spectacular dinner at the black forest. Truly amazing!

The modern look and cleanliness. The room was spacious. The restaurant had a great menu. Access to the pools was wonderful.

Everything was great. I wish the rooms had trays for our shoes so the floor would not get wet. The temperatures of the indoor and outdoor pools should be properly managed daily. The indoor hot tub seemed too hot, and the other pools were on the cooler side. We still enjoyed them, but they good have been made better. The pools should open at 8am.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel lobby, we all fell in love with its luxurious feel. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, my family and I were enamored when we saw our room. The entire room exuded cleanliness, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was an undeniable cozy feeling throughout. Though we only stayed for a night, we really enjoyed our time here. We definitely wholeheartedly recommend this room and hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

We liked everything about this place. Would love to come back not once! My husband has left his watch in the room. The hotel staff found it and sent it to Calgary. Thanks, guys!

One on the toilets was plugged, but we didn’t bother staff with this minor problem as we had 2 more bathrooms available in a two-bedroom pet friendly suite.

Loved our stay here! This hotel very much exceeded my expectations right from the moment of booking, they gave really clear communication through email and took all of my requests into consideration, staff are an 12 outta 10! Hotel itself was beautiful, room was everything I expected, clean and comfy. We spent some time at the pools in the evening which were lovely, it was so nice to be in an outdoor pool in April. Didn't use the gym facilities, took a look however and it also looked plentiful. Overall wonderful stay and we will be back!

We stayed for two nights as a little weekend get away. I booked mainly for the golf course but we got a lot more activities. We ended up using the basketball court, the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, the restaurant, we’re looking to rebook for a longer stay because we know we wouldn’t get bored there. Honestly exceeded our expectation, the pictures don’t do it justice.

The one thing I’ll say would be an improvement to an already great place, more selection at the restaurant ( really nit picking here) it’s really good still. Would just love to see more flavours on the menu.
