We were quite happy with the staff and the room. It was clean and comfortable overall. The breakfast offerings and area were adequate; just wash your own dishes, which is fine. After staying in several different accommodations on our journey, with the only TV options available being the very limited and poor selections of commercial cable TV, it was a a really nice added experience to have some streaming options made available and the TV screen was a reasonable size. There were some free movie channels, as well as a few Apps available, like YouTube and the Disney Channel for example, if you already have an account you can call up. It was a much appreciated extra when we settled down for the evening. There are several eating options close by, as well as a grocery across the hwy.

We stayed in a Deluxe Queen Suite, which had a bedroom plus a separate bed in the main living area. The bed in the bedroom was OK, but the one in the living room area was very uncomfortable and the wood frame was quite creaky. We just used that bed as the couch, since seating was limited.

Great little hotel! The rooms were comfortable and we liked the way the two queen beds were in separate rooms. There are tables outside the rooms and in the evening, guests were sitting outside talking or playing cards/games. There's also a nice little patio area for guests as well. Breakfast is a family room upstairs. We were late to breakfast so a lot of the food was already gone, but there was a stove and a tray of eggs for guests to make their own eggs. There were also muffins, quick bread and some ham. Towards the end of breakfast, the host came in with a tray of freshly made waffles. Guests all sit around a dining table and it was fun getting to know other travellers. There is also a sauna in the breakfast room! The breakfast room is actually a great place to come in the evening and hang out with your family and fellow travellers. This place reminded of a motel from another era, before the advent of social media when people actually talked to each other and spent time getting to know each other, instead of just staring at a screen! Really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Location was super close to everything. Only 5 minutes from the hot spring pools! In addition, I personally liked how the breakfast was set up. More of a guest house situation where you can cook your own eggs and basically take care of your own needs. Was really nice to sit and quietly enjoy our morning. This location really gives a peaceful feeling of home. You feel more like you're staying with a friend than a hotel. (In the best ways!)

Creaky beds! Were really comfortable, but the frames were really loud. Otherwise perfect stay, and it wasn't a huge issue.

The breakfast started a little late in my opinion but it was nice to cook your own eggs and have them hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The tub was disappointing though as it was not the one shown in the pictures. For a king room the TV seemed a little small But the lack of electrical outlets in convenient places was challenging I had to go buy a couple of extension cords for both my phone charger and their coffee machine. Otherwise we had to put the coffee machine on a kitchen chair to reach the plug.

We really love this hotel and have stayed here more than once. It's very clean and spacious. We had a two-room suite with a kitchen, and it had everything we needed to cook or heat up food if we wanted to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, but you have to make it yourself – you can fry eggs, there are toasts, cheese, cold cuts, muffins – you definitely won’t go hungry! The location is very convenient. We also had a great time grilling meat on the BBQ. Overall, we’ll definitely come back here again .

Everything was great.

A rather unique motel. It had two bedrooms, the first one being the main room including the sitting and dining areas. There was a small kitchenette, just a refrigerator/freezer and microwave, no cooktop or stove. There some dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There was a small dining table for two. The beds were comfortable. The free continental breakfast is fairly minimal, but you have a kitchenette as well. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

I liked everything.

The location was convenient, the room was recently redone & very nice and modern with great touches. Loved the little sitting area etc. There was good selection at the breakfast nook. The manager was great and made sure I was able to check in as I was running a bit late the night I checked in.

Not a fan of memory foam mattresses wasn't too bad - but better pillows (either bigger or more) would have helped (the two pillows were very thin/flat) and could've used a heavier blanket - was very light. Would have liked a light by the bed so I didn't have to have the bright overhead lights on to read & then get out of bed to turn them off. (Looking in some of the rooms being cleaned looked like most of them had bed-side lights - so maybe my room was just missed) Was surprised that breakfast was do-it-yourself but great selection = though having to wash my dishes etc after was unique , used to cleaning up after myself but that was a little much.

Need air condition in the main area. Not just in 2nd bedroom. Also, staff needs to come up to check the food a bit more often.. lots of times around 9:30m there was no food left and we came up there right around 9am, when breakfast started. Also 9am is pretty late. We left 7am for hike or left early to travel back... and there wouldn't be any breakfast. Especially during high season there should be more food and better time frame for breakfast if you offer a complimentary breakfast to people... other than that all was OK. We survived...

The owners are lovely people and clearly want to do their best to keep their customers happy. The place was very clean beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, pillows very comfortable and I have a bad back, neck and hip. Slept very well. Great little kitchenette in the room plus the breakfast and lounge was very nice. Has a fireplace, sofa and sauna! Very hospitable owners and staff. They work hard, clearly.

Breakfast was very good but when I got there they were out of brown bread. Oatmeal was good. I would have preferred 18% cream in my tea vs 10% and a bit more protein for diabetics, maybe some cheese or even protein powder to add to coffee.

Michael and Ria were super sweet hosts! They took good care of my daughter and I, the room was super clean and well organized, with a refrigerator and everything needed. Breakfast was offered with many options and I was satisfied. The location is near all you need and the nights are silent and safe.

I was confused on what to do when I entered the breakfast room, also new people coming looked disoriented. Once you understand you can help yourself as if you were at home, the atmosphere becomes super cozy and I made friends at breakfast, you can cook your own eggs, make sandwich, eat the cake, sip your coffe and so on! Perhaps you can come up with an idea that can help this "dirorienting" moment. but that's it!
