The location and views were spectacular, the room was beautiful.

The windows were dirty and could have done with a clean, spoilt the view. Also the tea and coffee making facilities did not reflect the 5 star of the rooms. Drinking out of cardboard cups was not great. The glasses for drinking wine were great, so don’t understand the cardboard cups! Although it says there is a mini bar, two bottles of water in the fridge does not constitute a mini bar. Not having reception and having to go through the golf shop again doesn’t reflect 5 star standard of the hotel. Could be so much better.

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a ‘spa-like’ feel. Gorgeous bathroom. It was great to stay in a pet-friendly room that was clean and modern, rather than old and grubby. We are coming back and bringing friends for a golf vacay.

It would be a nice gesture on behalf of the lodge to offer either the use of a golf cart, or a luggage trolly to move into and out of our room. Our room had no soap for showering or bathing. A microwave would be a nice touch. We arrived at 2:20, and the front desk at the pro-shop did not want to let us check in until 3 pm (stated check-in time). They finally took pity on us, and checked us in at 2:30. The room was ready, so I didn’t understand the issue. Seemed logical to check us in. However, overall, the room was fabulous, and great value for money.

I knew this is a special place as soon as I entered into compound. It’s almost a kilometre drive from the road which is surrounded by a beautiful golf course on both sides. The road is beautifully paved and felt like the whole area was meticulously taken care of. The property is nestled in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains on all sides and you have a view from an elevation to the city and a beautiful lake. The room was tastefully decorated with a huge washroom with all possible amenities. The balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. The outside area had fire pits to sit beside to enjoy the sunset and a swing with the most amazing view. I would highly recommend a visit here and I would be revisiting soon.

The room was lovely and the view from the deck was gorgeous. The resort was only a short drive into town. The restaurant was very nice and food was great. In the evening there was an area set up with chairs and fire pits. Being located on a golf course, this is a perfect location for golf lovers.

The resort would be even better with a hot tub or two. Unfortunately we had to wait two hours past check in time for our room to be ready. Sadly we were not offered any form of compensation. Currently, the entire area is infested with wasps, so time on the deck or patio was hard to enjoy.

The grounds are beautiful! We also loved the fire pits out back overlooking the mountains. The room was amazing and we loved the little enclosed deck where we can sit outside. This hotel allows pets which is the main reason why we came to stay.

Some small cleanliness details were missed with wine glasses still having lip prints on them. The throw blankets also had crumbs and outdoor debris stuck to them.

Everything. The location is absolutely gorgeous. There is a seating area outside with firepots. A little place just outside the door to sit. The place was large and sparkling clean. And the price was perfect. We ate at the restaurant and had really good food. We recommend it.i booked it because of the reviews and what they offered. I completely overlooked it was in a golf course. The fairways are beautiful and we're calling to us but we had to leave!

There was no microwave.

Setting of the ranch and the views were spectacular. Rooms modern and clean.

Rooms x 2 booked were not ready until after check in time. We were offered complimentary drinks in restaurant / bar whilst we waited for rooms to be finished. During our two-night stay, the rooms were not made up or cleaned between the nights. Restaurant and bar were closed due to a sewer leak.

The location was so serene and beautiful, the room was well appointed with comfortable bed and linens, wonderful bathroom with shower and tub and a great coffee maker. The restaurant on site provided great meal options and the outdoor fire pit over looking the valley and mountains was a perfect touch. We will be returning to this property!

We had a beautiful room surrounded by the beautiful Eagle Resort. We barely saw any other visitors and felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which was amazing!

The staff were wonderful when we saw them, but we barely saw them. While it was really nice to feel like we have privacy and the place to ourselves, we found it difficult to find somebody when we came to the clubhouse for staff support - once to inform that the room next to ours was wide open over night, and the second time to request additional toilet paper. To be fair - it is the off-season. Also being fair, customer service is customer service, regardless of the season.

well designed and quality materials used. the facilities are new and comfortable. our shower didn’t drain the first night and it was fixed the next morning, so the prompt resolution was appreciated. it was also very windy one night and you couldn’t hear anything inside, which was amazing. the view from the room was gorgeous. great mountain views in the morning with the sun shining

One staff member at reception felt a bit standoffish but otherwise everything was nice about the stay.
