Everything, especially staff members, everyone is professional,helpfully, and very polite. Receptionist who checked us in at night was very welcoming and friendly, he speaks French and English which was meaningful for us ,at the breakfast the stuff were very good, the Chef from Switzerland welcomed us, housekeeping brilliant, we really enjoyed it,another thing is the Expresso machine. Definitely we want to came back again to try the new Sauna with Alpine view that was under construction.

Property is perfect , an outdoor pool will even making super .

The location and views were spectacular, the room was beautiful.

The windows were dirty and could have done with a clean, spoilt the view. Also the tea and coffee making facilities did not reflect the 5 star of the rooms. Drinking out of cardboard cups was not great. The glasses for drinking wine were great, so don’t understand the cardboard cups! Although it says there is a mini bar, two bottles of water in the fridge does not constitute a mini bar. Not having reception and having to go through the golf shop again doesn’t reflect 5 star standard of the hotel. Could be so much better.

The bed was very comfortable. The room had a ‘spa-like’ feel. Gorgeous bathroom. It was great to stay in a pet-friendly room that was clean and modern, rather than old and grubby. We are coming back and bringing friends for a golf vacay.

It would be a nice gesture on behalf of the lodge to offer either the use of a golf cart, or a luggage trolly to move into and out of our room. Our room had no soap for showering or bathing. A microwave would be a nice touch. We arrived at 2:20, and the front desk at the pro-shop did not want to let us check in until 3 pm (stated check-in time). They finally took pity on us, and checked us in at 2:30. The room was ready, so I didn’t understand the issue. Seemed logical to check us in. However, overall, the room was fabulous, and great value for money.

I knew this is a special place as soon as I entered into compound. It’s almost a kilometre drive from the road which is surrounded by a beautiful golf course on both sides. The road is beautifully paved and felt like the whole area was meticulously taken care of. The property is nestled in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains on all sides and you have a view from an elevation to the city and a beautiful lake. The room was tastefully decorated with a huge washroom with all possible amenities. The balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. The outside area had fire pits to sit beside to enjoy the sunset and a swing with the most amazing view. I would highly recommend a visit here and I would be revisiting soon.

The room was lovely and the view from the deck was gorgeous. The resort was only a short drive into town. The restaurant was very nice and food was great. In the evening there was an area set up with chairs and fire pits. Being located on a golf course, this is a perfect location for golf lovers.

The resort would be even better with a hot tub or two. Unfortunately we had to wait two hours past check in time for our room to be ready. Sadly we were not offered any form of compensation. Currently, the entire area is infested with wasps, so time on the deck or patio was hard to enjoy.

The location is amazing. The room was spotless. Everything is just a luxury. Breakfast was delicious and for free. Overall experience is great.

At the restorant , it would be great to replace tables at the patio. They were clean but didn't look clean because of stains. It's not good for luxury facilities.

Location was great. Easy walk. Could add more to the menu like scramble eggs, French toast and omelet. The fruits were great and the Pastries and muffins were awesome. The croissants were great too.

The cold boiled eggs. The staff were great and warmed them up for us.

The grounds are beautiful! We also loved the fire pits out back overlooking the mountains. The room was amazing and we loved the little enclosed deck where we can sit outside. This hotel allows pets which is the main reason why we came to stay.

Some small cleanliness details were missed with wine glasses still having lip prints on them. The throw blankets also had crumbs and outdoor debris stuck to them.

Everything. The location is absolutely gorgeous. There is a seating area outside with firepots. A little place just outside the door to sit. The place was large and sparkling clean. And the price was perfect. We ate at the restaurant and had really good food. We recommend it.i booked it because of the reviews and what they offered. I completely overlooked it was in a golf course. The fairways are beautiful and we're calling to us but we had to leave!

There was no microwave.

Everything was great and we'd love to stay here again. Beds were really comfortable. Room was very modern and spacious. Views from the room were immaculate. Right on the golf course for those who love to golf. Included breakfast was tasty. We'll be back.
