We had a fantastic stay at Kanata Inns Invermere. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel truly welcomed. One thing that really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. Shortly after we checked out, they called us immediately to let us know they had found a small piece of an AirPod we didn’t even realize was missing. That kind of proactive and thoughtful service is rare and much appreciated. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It's clear that the team at Kanata Inns takes pride in both the property and the guest experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Invermere area!

It was my second time staying with Kanata Inns and they do not disappoint. I stayed in the king bed suite and I found it to be very, very comfortable (and a great value for the price). Breakfast was good. Cannot complain. You are a twenty five minute drive from Panorama ski resort and within twenty minutes you are close to Radium or Fairmont Hot Springs. I would definitely stay with Kanata Inn the next time I go to Invermere.

The whole experience was great! From the booking with stuff follow-ups to our arrival and stay... very welcoming and the staff made sure all the time we had everything we needed. We had a great stay and will be recommending and staying at this hotel again.

It was surprising not to have a fan in the kitchenette above the stove...

What a great hotel, friendly staff and great amenities. There was a coffee and ice station on the main floor which was great. Being in close proximity to a good restaurant on site was excellent as well.

The room is a bit smaller but still worked fine. It has a coat rack for a closet. We were only there for a couple of nights so this wasn't an issue but hadn't seen that in a hotel before.

A/C, fridge, comfortable room and bed, easy access to room, and restaurant on site. Central to all planned activities and friendly accommodating staff.

Price was more than what we were planning. However, due to a last-minute necessary change from another Booking.com hotel, which was unacceptable accommodations, the higher cost was expected.

The breakfast room had ample seating. There was great variety in food choices. The orange juice needed to be changed but that's the only thing. They had staff working hard and so it's important for clients to be patient.

The fitness room floor needed mopping. They could assist clients by having a mat so we don't have to bring our own. The machines were working.

My room was really nice, clean and large. AC worked well and wasn't too noisy. Great view of the mountains despite the smoke outside. Beds were comfortable and the staff were really nice and friendly. Wifi was excellent. Convenient location on the highway.

For me the breakfast was lacking in comparison to other places, cheapest bread I've seen anywhere

the views outside of our window were beautiful, we were glad to have a room on the back side as well as an entrance there. comfy kind bed with heavy pillows! and great water pressure! enjoyed the elevator too haha

Reasonable rates and a great location just off the side of the highway. The front staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. We were very pleased with the size of our room with a full size kitchenette. The fridge was full size and easily held all the food we were travelling with. There was also a nice countertop burner. We enjoyed a quiet relaxing stay in the comfortable beds and restaraunt on site served amazing food! it was obviously a very popular place to eat, because there was a steady flow of people picking up take out orders, and the lounge and restaraunt were both very busy.

The hot tub wasn’t ready to use when we got in from skiing, as they had recently filled it with fresh clean water. No fault of the hotel, just poor timing on our part.

The bbq facilities in booking.com pictures we were told are outdated since they don't have it anymore for a long time. We were even looking forward to the bbq facilities. Also, we were charged additional for the 2 additional adults. When booking.com won't even let us add the 2 additional when we booked.
