I love the location of this property and really enjoy the outdoor pool!

Our cabin had a bug issue. Lots of little black beetles on the floor every morning. They got into our luggage etc. Stressed me out The staff are friendly and try hard but we were very disappointed that after several emails and a phone conversation, our booking was wrong and wasn’t corrected. We requested a specific cabin because of our two large dogs and our lengthy stay. We arrived to find the cabin had been given away. We were put in a cabin w no deck and a view of a parking lot and our cars :( Meanwhile, the cabin we’d requested was turned over and over again as at least 3 different families stayed in it during the week that we would’ve. The property didn’t offer any kind of discount or other compensation to us despite their messing up our reservation.

Beautiful rustic cabin. It was perfect for our family. The playground was literally in our front yard. The pool area was clean and was surrounded with a fence so it was safe for our little kids to never get in unattended. The Thai restaurant on site was delicious!

We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping never came at all even though we were told at checkin they would come daily. We did however have enough towels for the entire stay and it wasn't a huge deal. My husband had to take out the garbage and fetch more bags and coffee from the office.

The cabin was clean and well equipped. Cabin 36 is located at the back of the property and is very quiet because of that.

The front desk staff couldn't (or wouldn't) recommend places to eat in Fairmont. We asked several times to recommend places. She told us that there was nothing worth eating in Fairmont and recommend places in Invermere. We told her we didn't want to drive and she still recommended places in Invermere. We did our own research and ate at a lovely spot in Fairmont. She didn't listen and wasn't recommending people spend money in Fairmont.

Cute little cabin surrounded by a lush forest. Fully equipped with fridge, stove, plates and cutlery. Vey close to Fairmont Hot Springs but they also had a pool and hot-tub. On site Thai restaurant for snacks and a quick meal. The bed was comfy and the cabin was quite spacious. Lots of grassy areas and trails for the dog to explore. Staff were very friendly and helpful They also had a fireplace and wood available.

The taps were a bit leaky and the air conditioner worked but it wasn't very strong. The gravel roads were a bit slippery to walk on .

My cabin was at the back of the property, so no noise from the highway or pool area. Very quiet. I had air conditioning in the livingroom/kitchen as well as a fan in the bedroom. Kept it nice and cool. Pool was clean and inviting. Roads were in great condition. Front desk staff was friendly.

The wasps were very bad, which is out of anyone's control. Four stings in five days! Ouch! Be aware that this resort is directly adjacent to the highway and biking out of there to get across to shopping, or to the path on the other side can be tough, with vehicles doing 100km/h. Use caution.

Central location. Great grocery store nearby. Very close to Fairmont Hot springs and a short drive to to radium Hot springs

The cabins were nice and cozy but next time I'll make sure not to buy firewood with lots of bark. I missed the firewood machine at the resort and I bought off-site and it produced a lot of smoke. Next time I will make sure to use the firewood provided at the resort. Other than that it was great

We upgraded the one-bedroom to one with a fireplace and living room which we throughly enjoyed. They have a vending machine for wood which included some kindling in the bag. The cabin was extremely clean. The kitchen included everything we needed (stovetop, Mir row Ave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, cutlery, plates) and we also had a BBQ on the patio. The cabins are on the outskirts of Fairmont right across the street from mini-golf. The bathroom looks newly renovated. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I would defiantly come back next time I come to the valley. Thanks for having us.

We liked the place and everything about it: the location was great with all you need being nearby - a grocery market, hot springs, hoodo hike. The bungalow was also great and exceeded our expectations - very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathroom, and even more. It was very quiet there despite of a nearby highway and every bungalow being occupied. The price we paid is definitely worth it!

Water suddenly disappeared from all the taps in the evening but appeared back in a few minutes. We complained to the receptionist and she said that would call for a plumber. We were unsure if he actually came and fixed anything becasue the water appeared back so quickly but no one knocked our door at that evening.

The tiny cabin was clean and cozy with everything we needed for a long-weekend getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, shower was good and we really enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. It was just the quiet mini-holiday we were looking for. This was my second visit… will be back.

Shelving and drawer under the kitchen cabinet would be helpful. Luckily we didn’t plan to cook, even though there was a bbq on the deck.

I love the cabins - rustic and cozy. The sound of the birds in the morning and the smell of the forest around you while you have your coffee is something that never gets old!

Power went out in my cabin a couple times during the night which isn’t great when you use a cpap. Called the after hours line twice and no one ever called me back. Other than that though, I love this place. The staff are wonderful. The pool is a great treat, and the property is gorgeous
