We have stayed at the Copper Point Resort before and really enjoyed it then as we did now and will certainly be back in the future. Great location, indoor and outdoor pools are excellent. Staff is friendly and very polite. We ended up staying an extra night because it was so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here.

We hadn’t stayed at this property in about 10 years and it was more lovely than we remember it being. We brought our dogs with us and the property was so pet friendly. The staff were so nice and pleasant :) The property has so many bright flowers around it & there’s lots of areas for dogs to walk on grass which we like . The pools & hot tub were wonderful & the temperature of each was perfect . We had breakfast at the restaurant & the food in the was very tasty & service was fast :) Thank you Copperpoint for a fantastic vacay

There could be a few more pool chairs but I have no dislikes :)

The suite we had was excellent. Stylish, functional, and clean. Loved the balcony and look of the unit. The hot tubs and pools (in and outside) were excellent, the pool area included a cabana (food and drinks) and the outdoor pool was nice and warm. Staff was really accommodating. It was above my usual rates but well worth it. The golf course was beautiful and very close to the hotel.

Pillows were a bit large (for me) so some smaller ones would have been great. Also, we had a foldout couch so blankets in the suite would have been helpful (although able to get the when asked).

Love the suits loads of room and huge fridge and freezer which was great especially as we are a family of four. Both the children loved the indoor and outdoor pools we went twice a day!

The bedroom patio door seemed like there was a draft coming in which wasn’t great as our baby was in the room in her crib. We did tell the front desk about this. There was also a lot of upgrades being done but both main floor bathrooms were out of order our whole stay as well as the elevator to the parking garage. Not major things but on arrival wasn’t told and had packed everything onto a trolly to bring upstairs from the garage than to realize we have to re pack car and kids and drive back to the front of the property to unload.

Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and in a nice location. We really enjoyed the Elements restaurant on site (we went there for dinner and it was very good) and enjoyed having a balcony even though it was too cold outside to use it.

Our room (standard) was a bit too small, not much space to put multiple bags, and there was no desk. We found the pillows to be a bit too thick. The receptionist informed us that the outdoor pool was closed for the evening due to maintenance, so we had to change our plans, but we saw people swimming there a little later (we are sorry we missed the opportunity to use it due to bad information received).

I got exactly what I wanted so no surprises. Beautiful kitchen. comfy bed, quiet space.

A few too many notifications before, during and after to book a table at the restaurant, asking about my stay, asking for a review, etc… I guess that’s how things are now but it gets to a point where the resort is relying on technology to communicate with me instead of actual staff. The staff themselves, from cleaners to concierge, were fantastic.

Nice resort, the room was spacious and nice. The hotel has a nice restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner. Liked the outdoor pool, it had a great temp. And the parkade. Staff at the reception was friendly.

The pools were pretty dirty and the indoor pool was too cold. Should be same temp ad the outdoor one. The servers in the restaurant did forget part of our order and made mistakes on the bill(charged for extra drink we didn’t have). And the room should have enough toilet paper and dishwasher tablets for the duration of our stay, it should be well stacked.

I loved everything about this resort. The outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. Such a lovely place to sit and relax. The golf course looked unbelievable, however we didn't get a chance to go for a round. The restaurant has incredible food and service. Also our room was perfect. Our little balcony was the perfect spot for a night time drink and hangout.

I was only sad that they have no branded merchandise so I could take a cup or t-shirt home.

Dog friendly. Welcome treats for dogs. a little gift for Mothers on Mother's Day (wildflowers seeds), brunch in the restaurant..Front desk staff (Lenka) very friendly.

Not enough lounge chairs by the swimming pool, outside. people put towels on chairs reserving them while in the pool. More of courtesy of guests issue. Table in the suite was high and high chairs.. not as accessible for an elderly person. Something to consider.

The modern look and cleanliness. The room was spacious. The restaurant had a great menu. Access to the pools was wonderful.

Everything was great. I wish the rooms had trays for our shoes so the floor would not get wet. The temperatures of the indoor and outdoor pools should be properly managed daily. The indoor hot tub seemed too hot, and the other pools were on the cooler side. We still enjoyed them, but they good have been made better. The pools should open at 8am.
