It was close to everything like the pools Beautiful views. Clean friendly staff

They changed the beds from comfortable to rock hard. Not comfortable at all The people that were above unit 6 were banging and partying until 3:30am on Sunday morning. Banging and shouting. It used to be a quiet peaceful motel. Please do not destroy that. There is a hostel across the road if people want to part all night. Sorry I have been coming to radium for 50 years. It is a beautiful place. That is why we keep coming back. But if it is going to be a party place. We will not be back.

Easy access !

Check in time said 4pm on the site but what we didn’t realize is that the motel was closed until 4, we arrived at 3 and my husband was sick and we thought maybe we could check in a little earlier like most hotels that would accommodate you if your room was ready but this place was locked up until 4 . They should probably specify that everything is locked up until 4

Location was a 20 min walk away from the hot springs, and on the same road as many restaurants, shops, etc. The balcony was beautiful and the room was big and comfy.

The TV took awhile to start up, and the parking in the back of the property was nearly impossible because of an RV parked there. However I would definitely stay again!

It is clean and nice, white and clean the beds and towels. Just for 5 days, we didn’t have any housekeeping. I like the included breakfast at Ice-cream cafee. The breakfast is only a 3 options choose but very yamy and fresh.

Probably we didn’t hang the tag for housekeeping, but during 5 days, we didn’t have any.

Quick check-in at the reception in another hotel across the street. Very clean and spacious room, clean bed and towels, comfortable big bed, big bathroom. There is coffee, TV, refrigerator, soap and shampoo, good Wi-Fi. Not far from the center of the village, there is free parking.Have barbecue zones.

It is a little noisy from the road that is next to the hotel, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Very clean even though it was an older motel. Had everything we needed for a quick overnight sleep and shower before hitting the road again in the morning. Very close to town ( walking distance).

We were tired so we slept well. Light sleepers might hear the residents above or beside you.

It was a good location and close to the hot springs

Only thing I would suggest is maybe to at least clean it during off season or provide more garbage bags, brooms soaps and shampoos so the customers can take care of it

Great location, lovely decor, very quiet and private. Staff are really nice and helpful

The floor was really dirty, we had to wash our feet before leaving! The air con was pretty poor, kind of just blew warm air around the room

Room was good and comfortable, location is remote from Banff, but very beautiful as you go through a national park to get there. Staff is very helpful.

TV did not work, but we were out most of the time, so it did not impact us.

Very affordable. Basic, clean accomodations.

The A/C could not be used as the loud noise brought complaints from unit beside and above. Fortunately, it was not to hot so one could survive without air conditioning.
