Don't be put off by the outside appearance of this motel. The room was very comfortable, with everything we needed, and everything in good condition. We especially liked the moose-themed bedding, totally a hit in this part of the world! The man who checked us in was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I wasn't wild about was leaving my key in an open box when we checked out. Would have preferred to leave it in a secured location or with a staff person.

So very clean and staff so friendly.

We think a criminal from Calgary was in the area, as I saw him, and may have entered our suite. There seemed to be crack cocaine on a food product. This criminal, Mike Kutniak, breaks into homes, suites all the time in Calgary and does the same. We are not drug users, but I can taste it, and it makes you sooo dizzy and stupid, I am pretty darn sure as I saw him around, somehow he entered. Staff are very kind however. Why don't they make that dang crack/cocaine illegal???

We had arrived a little early but were still able to check in which was much appreciated. Very close to the main street. Typical motel layout. The suite arrangement worked well with a separate bedroom lounge/kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped with most of what we needed.. good kitchen and outdoor barbecue facilities.

The bed in our room was a bit wobbly. There was no electric plug near the bed for medical equipment but they did sort out an extension so no issue

Dog friendly and reasonable prices. Big room and nice area to bbq and sit for the evening. Great walkable location in town. Super fun to see the bighorn sheep everywhere around the hotel and town.

Construction occurring during stay. Door had to be slammed pretty hard to ensure it closed without popping open. Note for mobility limited people, if you get an upstairs room, there are only stairs. This was fine for me though.

The property was fantastic, so clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. We couldn’t fault it! The guy who checked us in couldn’t of been more helpful, he told us exactly where we could find everything in the town and even knew the closing times off the top of his head (we arrived at nearly 9pm). Honestly one of the best motel stays we’ve had in Canada, we will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The owner's friendliness and flexibility stood out; he graciously offered us a late check-out, adding a nice touch to our visit. The rooms are not only clean but also recently renovated, providing a fresh and modern ambiance. For those on the move, the 24/7 check-in is a game-changer, especially when passing through Radium Hot Springs. A nice addition for us, as electric vehicle (EV) owners, were the nearby Level 1 and Level 2 EV chargers. A couple of blocks away, the Level 1 BC Hydro charger supports both CCS and CHAdeMO plugs, while the Level 2 charger boasts the J-1772 connection. Overall, a fantastic blend of hospitality and convenience!

Usefully renovated 50's/60's motel. Exceptional cleanability and cleanliness, including the kitchenette, in which everything worked, and in which we found everything we needed for meal preparation. Friendly, obliging staff. Easy check-in. Easy walkability to a range of restaurants, including the Old Salzburg, with its schnitzels and spätzles. Immaculate towels and linens. Provides towels for trips to the hot springs pool. Plentiful hot water. Comfortable beds in our 2 bedroom unit. Easy access to free parking. Decorated with historical and nature photos. Great value.

Typical of the era in which it was built, with frame construction, guests will want their neighbours to be quiet.

Attention to detail!! And that said even for each and every thing, for the minutest of things is absolutely heart warming! The room was spic & span and detailing is extended to every nook & cranny. The room by itself must be a smaller space, but wewere most certainly travelling light. So it was just perfect more than every way we could wish for. 'Neat - organised - clean - equipped'. The owner & housekeeping are beyond being genuine and heart warming. They most certainly make you feel welcomed ...but the attention that goes into keeping this place warm, comforting cozy & so amazing utility equipped and well dressed / clean is commendable. So, if you are hopping towns, and crying medium (Suitcases and backpacks) to light travel...DO.NOT MISS this place.. this 'S an absolutely 💯 100% 👌value!

Nothing to dislike.

Enjoy a clean bed, comfortable room and location was excellent to town and a kids park. They even have outdoor grill sitting area where we sat with other guests who were super friendly. Great stay!! This location is great. 5 minute walking distance to all the commercial outfits in town.

Our room was updated and conveniently laid out, with a mini fridge( with a proper freezer) and microwave right beside a square table. There was a separate bedroom besides the bed in the living area. The quilts on the bed were in a mountain theme and there were beautiful mountain photos on the walls. Everything was very clean. The young man at the desk, the owner’s son, was very congenial.

The area outside beside the office had an office chair at the patio table, which had a bowl of cigarette butts. There was an ordinary metal garbage can beside the barbecue. I hope it isn’t used for food, which would encourage a bear to return.
