We stay at room no 10 with 2 cats. pet fees is around 15-20 dollar per cats which is reasonable. They don’t require deposit for the pets. My friends and I are cooking at the back of our hotel and of course, we need to bring our stuffs. Location is great too. Nearby gas station and restaurant. Just 3 minutes walking. Everything is quite good with this motel. And the staffs is very helpful. There is no halal restaurant here, so either you need to cook or you can buy a vegetarian pizza at wildpizza restaurant. For cad22, the pizza is huge!!

The property will charged your debit/credit card 2 days before you arrived. So there is no cancellation in last minute. The free breakfast is so small and little. I wish they give us more food like yogurt or toast

Very Clean, Bright Room and Bathroom. Great view from the room balcony. I love how they support other local businesses within their motel. (Rocky Mountain Soap Co. products from Banff in the bathrooms, and the Breakfast at Screamers Cafe was great)

Not the greatest bed ever, but still good for the price point. Road noise from the highway at night can be a bit distracting if you are a light sleeper.

This place is amazing everything from top to bottom, I’m happy I discovered this place. There’s a beautiful sauna, and a light breakfast down the street their sandwiches. Amazing.

I loved everything also have to understand that this is one of the best prices in radium, but I have to point out a few things. One at the breakfast I wish the coffee was a little bit better. 2. Sauna door needs to be fixed. All the amazing warm temperature escapes. I did manage to close it tight, but it required an effort. It went all the way up to 75° not great but also not bad.

Clean and tidy small room perfectly good for our overnight stay. Beautiful views from the upper floor across to the mountains.

Although it worked initially, the mobile account unit was difficult to use, was a bit too noisy and didn't work at all in the morning. Mentioned it to staff who were very apologetic and said they'd get it sorted. Maybe something more user friendly would help? This issue wouldn't stop us staying here again though.....

We were travelling with our cat and our dog so we needed a pet friendly hotel. The Gateway Hotel had several dogs staying overnight along with our own, but the hotel was incredibly quiet. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. There was also an area at the back of the hotel where you could walk your dogs.

The hotel is right off the main highway so some road noise could be heard. The hotel itself doesn't have any breakfast facilities. Instead, all occupants are given a voucher for a breakfast sandwich and coffee or tea at a local bakery a few blocks away.

That it was pet friendly

It was OK the one night there wasn't even enough parking for all guests the breakfast that's included is at screamers and the staff there have no customer service the guy cooking seems to be pissed off all the time the girl working the counter had no idea what she was doing

This property was perfectly located and a great value! It was super clean and the kitchenette was much needed! Had everything needed to cook and clean. Loved the table and chairs!

Weirdly so, the tv was really hard to maneuver. Only one local channel available and no instructions on how to work it. Would have been nice to talk to staff about how to work the tv as we couldn’t even cast from our phones. Staff was unavailable in the evenings and when we went to check out still no staff. But super minor compared to everything else that was amazing.

Just stayed one night - it was fairly quiet and clean. On the main 'hotel' road coming into town so there was a bit of traffic noise. Staff at the reception desk were super friendly! A small breakfast was included at a cute little retro restaurant that (evidently) the hotel owners also run/own.

For a motel I love this place especially for price value, I like the flowers sitting on the balcony and the patio. Also like it that they are using Rocky Mountain Soap products from Canmore where I am from.

The staff in the restaurant with short hair and wearing a cap, forgot our breakfast order and didn't even apologize. We waited for almost an hour and they were not even busy, when I saw her again in front of the reception as the door was closed and dropped the keys she just abruptly said "drop it there!". I didn't know they would close the reception door when it said open at 10am and it was 11:30am at that time. The older lady at the restaurant said she was not told of our order unfortunately. There's always a polite way to say "sorry" or instruct your guests, but it is sad she lacks a hospitality attitude.

The ladies that run this place were phenomenal. I got rained out camping in Banff and was freezing. I had to leave 2 days early and they accommodated me moving my reservation up even with 2 dogs and they gave me a bigger room and did not charge me more. I was so grateful to have a nice hot shower and slept forever on the comfy bed. I loved the special touches of the great smelling soaps and cute flowers on the railing outside the rooms. Such an amazing place and I will definitely stay here again.
