The staff was simply excellent! The room was quite clean and spacious. The furniture was standard, but everything was in satisfactory condition. All the kitchen appliances worked perfectly, making it comfortable to cook something delicious. As for the downsides, there were some coffee cups in the kitchen that hadn’t been properly washed. In the evening, mountain wildlife roams near the hotel, which is just amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as the price and quality are at a good level. I will definitely return there again. Thank you for the warm welcome surrounded by beautiful scenery!

The staff was very friendly and polite, helpful with every request. The fact that we had a kitchenette in our suite to be able to cook our meals is very convenient especially when traveling with kids.

There was probably a leak in the suite above us and the ceiling had stains in both living room area and the bedroom, also there was a web on the ceiling, so cannot say it was very clean. With this being said I think 319 CAD (including taxes) per night is a bit too much.

The size of the suite was impressive, the view of the mountains was beautiful, so nice to sit on the deck with doors from both the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need. Everything was clean, bright and spacious. The jetted oversized bath tub made for a spacious shower, great water pressure. The host was gracious and gave us an upgrade from a junior suite to a larger suite, not to be expected during high season but it is low season (April). Host was very friendly ,😃

Location, hotel and staff were all great. The restaurant was also very nice with lots of options.

The hallways and stairwells were pretty dirty and weren't cleaned once while we were there. The carpet and couch were also disgusting.

Friendly check-in. Changed room to ground floor. Lovely balcony. Great to have laundry available literally on door step. Kitchen facilities. Room fans and AC. Bed and pillows fabulous. Convenient parking. Great views..

We weren't aware there weren't room services like towel changes, vacuuming, could have at the least supplied a broom and dustpan. Only a minor issue. Jacuzzi jets didn't work. Carpet stained, not sure of it's state of cleanliness.

We popped in late in the evening for a short stay. I arrived after the owner/attendant was leaving. They called me ahead of time to tell me where the keys would be. We walked into two VERY spacious rooms. Everything was clean, a bit dated, but that doesn't matter. The kitchen, which we didn't really use, appeared well stocked with cooking items. The gigantic whirlpool tub was a nice bonus after six days of skiing and many hours of driving. It was a perfect layover for our trip back to Montana.

I don't really have anything to say. The room was clean. It was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The room is big, so is the bathtub. Kids can play in the big bathtub, it is even suitable for slim couples to enjoy relaxing together. The full kitchen pretty much has everything you need, very convenient.

I understand they don’t use expensive materials for a commercial use, but some surfaces materials has separated up. When you see this, you can’t help but feel “Uh….”. It will lowers your satisfaction.

WiFi included, great little kitchenette including dishwasher, king-sized bed (*very* comfy!), easy access to unpack and repack our vehicle. A grocery store with liquor was only a few minutes away, and there are restaurants in the complex (although we did not use them this time).

Selection of cooking dishes/utensils was a bit sparse, and the kitchen sink did not have a drain plug to hand wash dishes, so we used the dishwasher (even though it was overkill). The light over the bathtub was burnt out, so showering was a little dark. The kitchen under-cabinet light (illuminating the work area) was also inoperative.

We booked 2-1 bedroom suites with adjoining door. It was fantastic as we went with another family. The kids were able to move freely between rooms without us parents worrying they wondered off ( there's another shared door that you can lock). Kitchen had all that we needed The waterpark, pool and hot tub area is great for kids and adults. The location is a short walk to the Fairmont shopping plaza so it's nice and convenient. Friendly staff and very helpful. We stayed here before and it was nice to see the upgrades they have made to the reception area and addition of restaurants ( to be open soon). Can't wait till they update the rooms, which need some. Overall rooms are clean and have all that you need. We will stay again.

Rooms need updating. Our refrigerator door was missing a handle. Fridge worked great though. Also, it would have been nice if salt and pepper would be included in the condo but definitely not a dealbreaker.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The room was huge! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Great location too!
