The resort is so much fun! They have music at the waterpark (don't ever get rid of this!) Very family friendly. Beautiful place to stay in Fairmont and great if you want to vacation where there is signs of life in Fairmont. They do a great job of making sure you're having a good time. Patio off restaurant for drinks. BBQ's under Gazebo's. I hate to write this review because it will be hard to book here soon. The staff are so friendly. They have a great "fast food themed" restaurant. Order at the counter and enjoy the amazing food. Burgers, poutines (many styles) and chicken options. You won't be disappointed and if you are it's a you problem 😂

The staff was simply excellent! The room was quite clean and spacious. The furniture was standard, but everything was in satisfactory condition. All the kitchen appliances worked perfectly, making it comfortable to cook something delicious. As for the downsides, there were some coffee cups in the kitchen that hadn’t been properly washed. In the evening, mountain wildlife roams near the hotel, which is just amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as the price and quality are at a good level. I will definitely return there again. Thank you for the warm welcome surrounded by beautiful scenery!

Awesome hidden gem! Will definitely be coming back, the staff were exceptionally nice and super friendly. That goes a long way. Perfect facilities for my family. Pool was nice and warm. Again, staff was phenomenal.

I liked everything, just be nicer if there were two bedrooms in the suites. And the water in our room was a little wonky, sometimes it was only hot even from the cold tap and sometimes it was only cold. But minor.

The pool is great! The room is comfortable, a little dated. We had a night where we were infested by aphids and asked the desk to have some clean up the patio, they were quickly on it. The staff is exceptional! Very friendly and eager to please! I’d like to recognize Garry from the pool. He was amazing with our children! Very helpful and always smiling! Thank you!

The staff is amazing! Everyone from the receptionist to the pool staff and management! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay!

The only small issue was when we went to have dinner at the Boardwalk at 715pm they told us they were closing early as it was not busy. We ended up having to pack up 3 kids and go find a place to have dinner.

The convenience to the golf courses, the spacious rooms, coffee in the rooms. Big patio.

The patio could use good pressure washing, lots of spiders and cobwebs not very clean. The floors were sticky in the place. The cookware was filthy could not even use the cookie sheets which there was only one of. Parking seemed to be lacking space. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable.

Everyone working there is super friendly — even the lifeguards at the pool! I’ve never seen lifeguards actually playing with kids before. The warmth of the pool is one of the best things you can enjoy in Canada. It’s not a hot spring, so kids can splash around as much as they want. I’ll definitely be coming back every summer for the kids!

Friendly workers and pool!

The staff was very friendly and polite, helpful with every request. The fact that we had a kitchenette in our suite to be able to cook our meals is very convenient especially when traveling with kids.

There was probably a leak in the suite above us and the ceiling had stains in both living room area and the bedroom, also there was a web on the ceiling, so cannot say it was very clean. With this being said I think 319 CAD (including taxes) per night is a bit too much.

The size of the suite was impressive, the view of the mountains was beautiful, so nice to sit on the deck with doors from both the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need. Everything was clean, bright and spacious. The jetted oversized bath tub made for a spacious shower, great water pressure. The host was gracious and gave us an upgrade from a junior suite to a larger suite, not to be expected during high season but it is low season (April). Host was very friendly ,😃

The location in a small town. We were only there one night but it would be a great destination for a family with small children to take advantage of their water park.

Nothing really. The bedroom Was a little warm since the AC was in the living room. We like to sleep in a cold room. No windows in the bedroom just a door that opens to the outside patio.
