The view was phenomenal. There wouldn't be a bad room at this resort. You are truly surrounded by mountains everywhere.

The shower pressure was non existent so we had to use the showers at the pool or at the hot tub. Expert note: the showers at the hot tub have consistent hot water not like the pools which are a mixture of freezing turning suddenly warm back to freezing. The unit was dated but overall nice with the exception of the pull out bed. It was actually disgusting, however the most amazing front desk staff member tracked down another mattress and switched it out. She was incredibly kind and I so appreciated her doing this for us. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with pullout couch. Next time we will definitely get a 2 bedroom as it was too small for our family 4.

We had an unforgettable vacation at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Service: The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. All our requests were fulfilled immediately. This is truly a rare combination of high professionalism and human warmth. Location: The hotel is located right in the mountains, which provides simply stunning views. It's the perfect place for those seeking seclusion and tranquility while still having access to all the resort's amenities. Amenities: I'd especially like to highlight the outdoor hot water pools. It's an incredible pleasure to relax in the warm water surrounded by the mountain landscape. This makes the vacation truly special and unforgettable.

Location was good, across the store. Close to the gondola. Really nice view.

Check in at 5 pm as a bit late. And check out at 10am too early. That is like loosing almost one day. On the day of check out, if we could still use the pools for the few hours before going back home would be great. Please think about it. You get the time to clean the rooms before next guests and we have few more hours to enjoy the mountains before 3 hour drive home.

It was cozy, staff were friendly. Was disappointing that the water slides and stuff weren’t open. When we booked we called and asked about the pools and slides and were informed it was all good and open to get there and be disappointed was disheartening as the kids were looking forward to the slides.

We unfolded the pull out couch and there was pop corn in the fold of the pull out bed. Little gross but we cleaned it up.

Great facility with inclusion of short gondola, pools were great, sauna was great. Nice of them to provide the towels at the pools. Our natural gas tank ran out and it was replaced immediately. Underground parking.

Check in / check out time - MOST places have it from 3 pm check in and 11 am check out. Here it was 5 pm check in and 10 am check out. Lots of VERY NARROW steps is a hazard particularly for Seniors. Townhouses particularly has lot of steps. Once you enter the unit. you take about 16 steps just to kitchen/living area and then another 16 steps to the bedroom level

Close to gondola and chair lift - just a short walk down the road, and we skied all the way back. Conveniently located across from the general store and pizza place. Two single beds in one room and a queen in the other, two bathrooms and the living room had a pullout with bedding as well.

Cold air coming in from the main door which was poorly insulated, as was the entire wall on the outside of the building. But the heater was pretty effective so we were warm enough.

Location was great, kitchen was stocked with utensils and all necessary items to cook meals. BBQ was great to have. Access to restaurant/bars was very close.

Check in experience was difficult, front desk did not have our reservations. Waited for over an hour to check in as we did not know which unit # we had booked. I was on the phone with booking.com for a while, we think the discrepancy was with the person in charge of rentals not checking emails and communicating with the front desk. Front desk staff was extremely helpful, patient and figured things out.

We've been to the Horsethief Condos before but always in summer. We were so happy to find a good deal on one for a winter ski/board trip with our family. We were in the pools everyday after being on the slopes which was so great. We loved our time here! I am happy to report that one set of adult skis/boot/poles and 4 sets of boots/boards (1 adult + 3 kids) fit in the front entrance (some people leave their equipment outside but I didn't want to have to do that)!

It's too bad we couldn't fit into the underground parking lot. Was willing to take my Thule off to fit but didn't have anywhere to put it.

The space! The living room, the bedrooms made our stay really comfortable! There was so much room for a three bedroom. It is well designed! The appliances were all top of the line and we had a lot of space for our food. We usually stay in the upper village but the lower village it is much better and quieter.

I think having a shelves for shoes would have helped with organizing the shoes. Maybe a curtain to add privacy on the main door but the whole area is super safe.
