Very conveniently located to Pune airport. Food quality is good and the staff helpful. Rooms are good too.

We needed taxis/airport drops and the hotel staff faced a little difficulty arranging it. They did manage it in the end but it took a lot of effort. Being so close to the airport, many guests will be going to and from the airport. Therefore this facility (taxi/airport drop) should be strengthened.

Staff was good and helpful. Morning breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. Food quality and taste were also good.

AC was not working properly the first night. I asked the manager to have someone take a look at it. After one of their maintenance guys said he sad fixed the issue, it wasn’t actually fixed.

On the day of my departure, I had an early check-out but needed to store my luggage. The hotel graciously allowed me to keep my belongings in their safe storage facility, which provided me with peace of mind. Moreover, upon my return to the hotel to collect my luggage, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a fresh room to freshen up before heading to the airport. This gesture greatly enhanced my overall experience, as I felt refreshed and ready for my journey. As a final gesture of their exceptional service, the hotel provided me with a complimentary drop-off service to the airport. This unexpected gesture truly exceeded my expectations and demonstrated the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. The air-conditioner wasn't cooling the room enough but the same was taken care of by General Manager. Their dedication to customer service sets them apart, and I would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future.

Breakfast was nice and functional .one day Amul butter ran out and we were given some margarine which we dot eat and next day the apples were over so generally these fruits and butter items could have been better stocked but other than that the experience of staying was good and shriya in the f&b amd shubham in front office reception were very good and service oriented

Location is OK. I did not have the opportunity to have Breakfast as I had to leave Early. I had asked for some B.F. to be Packed & given. They packed & gave the Qt was so meager for 2 we had to have 2nd B.F on the way in another location.

The Lobby is very small. The food in the Restaurant is Exorbitantly charged for Very Substandard quality of FOOD.

There were plenty of options and the food was steaming hot. You can have veg as well as non veg dishes also.

They could have provided one more chair in the room.Better quality of hand towel.

The distance to the airport was great which made our trip super smooth and easy. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff was extremely helpful too, thanks to them we managed to get great food in the middle of the night.

The AC controls in the room could've been better. it was very cold even when the ac was turned off.

I forgot my gold rings on the room table and left for office work. Realised it after couple of hours. When I informed front desk they immediately requested security to store gold rings in room locker. Appreciate this action by hotel staff.

Free Wifi connection to only two items. I did not like. Charging for third instrument is not appreciated
