I recently visited Pune and stayed at AR Suites. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and it was pouring rain. Despite the early hour, Mr. Rahul ensured that I got a room promptly. Both Mr. Bobby and Rahul, along with their front desk staff, were very courteous and helpful. I’d like to especially mention the housekeeping staff, particularly Vibul who made sure my room was clean and well-kept. When I developed a fever due to the weather change, Vibul kindly provided a change of sheets, which I greatly appreciated. Although I encountered a couple of issues—there was an air conditioning leak twice and a door lock problem on two occasions—the staff promptly fixed both problems. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the irons, as they tend to leak and are mostly broken. Overall, my stay was good and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the clean, well-kept apartments with a good view. The staff is friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on my next visit to Pune.

Everything was really nice and splendid. Stayed in the 1 BD Room Suite on the 10th floor which has a marvellous view as well. The room can only take a maximum of 3 persons, where the extra bed can be put in the large living room. So in this case since we were 4 persons, we had to book another 1 bedroom suite to accommodate the 4th person. Kids below 10 years will be free of charge and can sleep on the King Size bed in the bedroom. Their housekeeping staff BIPUL that takes care of the 10th Floor was very polite, awesome service, very helpful and assists all the time.

We had an issue with the air conditions not working in 1001 but was rectified the next day. Aside from this everything else was ok.

Absolutely superb staff. The lady who did our room cleaning daily as well as the waiters of the kitchen for room service always had an honest smile that made us feel very welcomed. We loved that the internet was fast, we got daily restocking of sufficient free bottled water. The water pressure of hot shower water. Open kitchen 24/7. Pool and gym looked well too but we did not use them.

Some improvements: cable of microwave was too short so we had to keep the MW down, next to sink. We noticed that after room cleaning some lights were kept on which could be avoided for sustainability. The pressure of the toilette shower was very strong and the appliance sometimes got stuck so a lot of water gets wasted until we managed to switch it off. Lastly, the rooms, despite looking still very elegant, certainly show some signs of age , especially the wallpapers.

The breakfast was delicious - so much variety. The staff so polite and efficient. The pool was great - next to the gym The cafe was as extra space to occupy for work etc. a children's area and ping pong table. I saw all the facilities being used. The staff at housekeeping and front desk were ALL helpful.

Work going on in the area and my first night was noisy however I asked for a different room and the next room was perfect Not the hotels fault and obviously work has to go on.

A great place to stay for a getaway weekend in Pune. Was looking to relax with my partner after a very busy few weeks working hard. Had called earlier in the week to request the top floor 1 bedroom apartment so had good views as knew we'd be staying in most of the time. My request was acknowledged and I was given a lovely room on the top floor. Thankyou to the reception team for that. Also special thanks to the restaurant for excellent food delivered to us, housekeeping for cleaning, and the TV technician who replaced the TV in the bedroom after trying to fix it. We relaxed, enjoyed the opening of IPL and the great city views. Much appreciated for the great service from the whole team 🙂

The suites offer apartment style living at a reasonable price. It’s a nice setup with small living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The cafe offers a good breakfast. The staff is very helpful.

The gym is not very good, though the pool appeared to be better. The gym has sub-standard equipment but it’s better than nothing. Also, there was black mold in the bathroom area.

If you want a phenomenal experience in Pune, don't go anywhere else. Just book A.R. Suites Jewels Royale. This was my third time at this property, and the hospitality extended was amazing as usual. Special mention: Mr. Shubha(Ground floor lobby), Mr. Apu(Cafe AR) and the rest of the staff at Cafe AR. Thank you for taking care of our requirements. We are from the hospitality industry too and we know what kind of efforts are required to provide this level of hospitality. The rooms are extremely clean. Each 1BHK suite has a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The interiors are very well designed and are classy. Wifi is good. The housekeeping staff at the property is very polite too. The kitchen is well equipped too. The location is very good, everything is more or less 10-15 minutes away. There is parking inside the compound. There is a Gym and a Swimming Pool and a game area for kids. I would surely visit again and recommend this property to all my friends and family.

The male staff at the reception could have been a little more polite and should not have delayed the delivery of my food parcel about which I had informed them in advance and called multiple times after it arrived.

Location is the best part about this hotel. Rest everything is average

Location and cleanliness is quite appreciable but the sad part is this time i noticed you guys have started charging for water. This is not expected at all, I already paid for the room and you guys cant even give me water for free :( Its too sad and really disappointed with this new thing which came up in your hotel

Nice hotel cleanliness was on point .located residential area so a good choice for family people.

The study area of the suite had less of lighting making the space not much utilitive. Tissue papers should be provided in the rooms . Fridge had no stockups. Rest is good.

Excellent breakfast spread; A big thanks to the entire housekeeping team. Meticulous housekeeping. All front desk staff offered excellent support with a smiling face. One of the best stays, worth revisiting. Even the team at the breakfast area took good care of our delicacies.
