We stayed over the Finke period so the park was very busy and being on one of the main thoroughfares in the park it did get noisy but nothing that was excessive. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the park was always safe and secure. The only issue we had and a few others had were as the office closes at 5pm and most of us were not getting back from pre-running that we could not get the change for the washing machines. We know now and will be prepared for next year!

Being able to get laundry change after 5pm was a little painful but nothing I would say I didn't like.

What I liked about the stay was that the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable . When I walked into the room, it was nice and cold .also, having the shampoo and conditioners in the bottles is great .the cooking facilities are great too. And I feel safe staying there. The other great thing I like about staying there is you have your own car park and the quietness is good.

Wifi might have been better. Leaking toilet was a bit noisy, bed a bit soft though overall we are not complaining. Facilities were beyond expectations.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The park was very clean and had good amenities especially the pool, although, we only used once as it was very cold - not the park's fault just cold weather. Activities put on for the children, food vans, playground, basketball hoop and as dog friendly lots of dogs to pat.

Maybe a microwave in the villa but not really an issue as there is one in the communal kitchen.

We booked 2 cabins on the campsite with a double bed each. When we arrived we actually received an upgrade to 2 two bedroom cabins (1 with the double bed and 1 with 2 bunkbeds). Not that we needed it, but the benefit was that we also had a separate living room.

Airconditioning in one of the two cabins wasn't cooling very well, but luckily the temperatures were not too high.

Location was out of town on the road to the airport, friendly staff, smooth check-in, spacious cabin with ensuite, plenty towels, blankets and linens, comfortable queen side bed, good lighting, private carport. The cabin was worth the price for 3adults for 2 nights. Wheel-chair accessible inside the cabin, with a kitchenette and other kitchen utensils you need.

Ceiling fans too dusty in Room 126.

The room was clean and tidy and sufficient for our family of 5. The queen bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. Perfect after a long 14 hours of driving. There were 4 amazing swimming pools and a water slide for the kids of all ages catered for. A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We will be staying again on our drive back.

There wasn't a separate aircon in the kids room so it was a bit warm in there for them.

Nothing really Wifi wasnt great inside our cabin, but plenty of park areas we could get great service

The comfort and ammenities were terrific, the layout and natural bush offering some comfort and respite even for the native birds etc!

A small thing, just a small mirror in cabin would be handy I feel.

Excellent caravan park located just outside of Alice Springs. We stayed one night in one of the two-bedroom units on our way back from visiting Uluru. The unit was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bouncing pillow and waterslide were clear favorites for my 10 and 12 year old girls. If you have children, they will love it here!
