The room was excellent I was able to do my washing after being out back for a week which was a real bonus plus there was washing detergent making the process practical - I was really very happy thank you.

Silly things but when you come to stay for a night and you like cooking as I do it might have been nice to have some herbs and spices and olive oil available perhaps what other guests might have left as if you stay just for one night you are not going to buy olive oil and take it on the plane the next day.

While it is starting to show its age - could do with a paint job - the staff and facilities were amazing. I actually stayed here before a hike and again after for a total of 4 nights. The staff could not have done anymore to make sure I was taken care of. Lenie and her staff (Dita in particular) were very friendly to this very weary traveler.

Just needs a freshen up in regards to the paintwork. Maybe an extra serve of coffee???

Comfortable, clean, ensuite, TV, kitchenette, pool, parking.

Not being allocated a balcony suite. Being telephoned by Quest asking questions about my postcode, who travelling with etc. I was out to dinner at the time of the call and as I explained to the caller, I have made many bookings through Booking.com and this is the first time I have ever been called prior to arriving. Really! Not necessary in my opinion. All info is contained in the initial booking.

Clean. Central location. Comfortable. Secure.

we weren't guaranteed parking space at Quest apartments - although they did offer parking next door if there was no parking at the Quest apartments. It would be helpful if Quest provided cooking pans that work on the induction cooktop.

Well appointed and comfortable unit type accommodation with lovely helpful staff. Suited our needs to attend the Desert song festival .

A little bit further from town than we had anticipated - but solved that problem by renting a car for the rest of the stay .

The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond from the moment that we arrived. We had an incident where the dishwasher flooded the room and they attended right away and organised us a new room and even helped us carry our luggage to the new room. I feel that the staff really take the experience from average to exceptional.

Nothing. It was perfect. We will be back!

The clerk than checked us in in the evening was extremely helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome here. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean.

A bit tight with the parking spaces, on one evening we had to use the adjacent overflow parking which needs to be unlocked by the staff. Wifi is a bit dodgy, had many single networks of which many did not work. The staff could help us out here though with a list.

Gated. Good basic supplies. Helpful staff.

A doona instead of a cotton blanket would have been nice. I'm not fond of a/c to stay warm overnight and like some weight. The blanket in the cupboard helped but not enough. Car park was full when we got back at 9pm. Weren't told that the one next door was gated (with padlock), just that it had cameras and was secure. We took up the alternative offer to park in front of reception.

Great location, secure, had everything required for a short stay. Excellent air conditioner, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.

a little more attention to detail required with maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom floor was not mopped properly, with a lot of dirt behind the door that discoloured the bathmat when drying off the floor after a shower, and the corners of the shower had a lot of pink mould. A caster was had come loose from the bed frame and needed to be reattached, and a corner elastic on the underlay was broken meaning it moved and bunched up under the sheets.

Spacious, well appointed, well maintained, comfortable and really amazing helpful staff. Did note that a celebrity singer and his family were staying there at the same time. That probably says something.
