Fantastic secure location. We were on golfing trip so valued ease of access to golf course. Well equipped room with great kitchenette.

No TV working for five day stay. Staff said no tradespeople available to repair reception availability. Poor service policy to NOT offer cleaning service to room unless staying 7 days. Query heath and hygiene regs?. Staff were helpful and gave me cleaning agent and rag when I stated wished to clean bathroom sink at least after couple of days ( something we do daily when in own home!) . Not even a toilet brush provided in room. Did offer rubbish collection outside room which was useful

Very safe part of Alice Springs. Staff were very accommodating with my many requests in the lead up to arrival, and this continued throughout my stay. Particularly as I stated I would be leaving early and as I have mobility issues did not want to walk too far in the dark to the pick up point, I was given a cabin close to the entrance so I did not have any issues. Also accommodated my request for cabins close together so there was safety in numbers. Would stay again.

Maybe trivial - and it could be a Territory thing - but all the pillows in the room were very soft. I ended up with three pillows trying to get some level of comfort, and utilised all five pillows in the room. Apart from that, was told on arrival there was no service for the room while I was there so was ready for that.

Excellent value accommodation. The villas are basic but comfortable. Kitchenette is a bit bare bones but good enough to make breakfast. Laundry onsite. Relatively secure with external gates that close automatically at night. Convenient location for the casino or convention centre. There's no restaurant on site, but the double tree next door takes walk ins for breakfast.

Good sized bungalows for the two of us, and would of been even great for 3. Small table and two wooden chairs all fit in a nice set out. otherwise the rooms are good, security is excellent and the reverse cycle air conditioner to heat or cool the room is superb.

A few items in the kitchen (plates and cutlery) were obviously not cleaned and placed in the cupboard, but this could of been by a previous occupier and not checked by staff. With the kitchen facilities wasn't an issue cleaning it, I know it was a week before the Finke Desert Race but $250 a night, when your not full was a bit steep.

Excellent value for money. The place is nice and depending on your neighbours and how close you are to the pool is can be nice and quiet. The ladies at reception were lovely. They don't offer a place to grab breakfast, however, for $26 you can go to the Hilton next door and have a continental option.

At the old telegraph station our car was broken into, our backpacks were taken including the key to one of our rooms. They placed us in another room which we really appreciated, however they charged us $250 for the stolen key. We found this a bit excessive, especially under the circumstances. It was more than twice the value of a night stay.

The bed (mattress) was amazingly comfortable. The whole place was so clean and quiet. The water was great pressure and hot enough for shower. I loved that there was a microwave, bedside lamps and a really good/working ac/heater. Great location and next to the golf club where they make awesome meals, literally 2 minutes' walk behind desert palms. I would definitely come back. It is a such a beautiful place. The staff at the reception, angelic.

The old bed covers. The pillows were horrible. I needed 3 just to feel like I had something under my head. I had to go buy one at Kmart. For the level this hotel has risen to, they could do better with towels. Bigger and softer towels. Don't have to be white.

Quiet location about 2kms out from main shopping precinct. Beds comfortable, bathroom facilities good. Layout of resort and pool area lovely and extremely clean and tidy. We loved how close it was to the golf club for dinner. Was great the reception opened early and closed late. Very helpful could store luggage for a few days too when we did trip to Uluru.

Fridge wasn't working so needed to keep milk in freezer to keep cold. Hand soap dispenser leaked a little bit. These were minor inconveniences.

Very pleasant.Pool nice and staff friendly.Location was a short walk into town.I walked to the telegraph museum and botanical gardens and cafe which were both lovely.Walked up the hill at the botanical gardens,great views over Alice and saw kangaroos.Very quiet park at night.Washing machines to use very cheaply. Security gate at night.

The room was spacious and clean. Kitchenette in room however limited facilities but there was a huge outdoor bbq area with tables and chairs at the rear of the resort. Access gate to golf club. Good walk path into town along the Todd. Felt like a real holiday resort. I didn't use the pool as only there for 1 night but looked really nice. Good security too with security fence & gate and 2 locking doors on unit.

The staff were welcoming. The villa was lovely for 4 of us, made from solid brick. They expect campers to offload rubbish (and have recycle crates). They are security conscious/have a security man after hours. The pool is lovely. The water in the bathroom is hot. We didn’t use the air conditioning. 5 min drive from CBD/supermarket. Golf driving range out back with reasonable golf club meals. Laundry facilities with large drums at $5 per wash and then dry (or use clothes lines).
