Great location if you want to be able to easily access the centre of town. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable

Unfortunately there was a load irregular bang every so often, like a steel girder flexing in the heat. I mentioned it to the cleaners and at reception but they were unaware of the noise. Odd, as I can't believe no one else had mentioned it. This was my second stay, a week apart, and I heard the noise in both 306 and 407, definitely louder in 306 though. Maybe management should check as metal fatigue might be occurring

The location was great with exit onto the Mall and close to most things. There was a bit of street noice but not much. The carpark was easy to access and secure. The room was comfortable & enough room for 2 people. It had a table with 2 chairs which was good. They supplied biscuits as well as tea, coffee & milk and the laundry was easy to access with machines that only took half an hour to wash.

The bathroom was a bit cramped & dated although it did function okay. The TV was quite small and there was no channel 7. Would have been good to have a microwave in the room.

Excellent central location, and the undercover secure parking helped a lot with peace of mind. The room was clean and quite spacious, with comfy beds, and we also made use of the laundry facilities too.

It’s currently undergoing renovations so it’s a little rough around the edges, but nothing that really impacts the enjoyment of the stay, just the vibes. It would be helpful to be able to withdraw cash for use in the laundry at reception since it only accepts coins - the staff were helpful in changing the cash I had for the right gold coins, but it would’ve been nice to be able to pay via eftpos and get some coins.

The position of the hotel is great also because many services take it as a reference/pick up point and it is super close to the shopping centre. The staff is super kind and available (Ricardo was great!). The room is big and the working air con makes it super comfortable. I loved the complementary tea and biscuits!

The bathroom needs an update. In fact you can often smell the bad odour coming from the drain of the shower. Moreover the caulk is visibly yellow and old like the furniture. The price does not justify the toilet conditions. The rooms at the ground floor may lack of some privacy

All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. There was secure undercover parking.

The undercover parking was limited in height to 2.2m so I had to remove things from the roof racks of my van. There were also not enough parking spaces undercover for the amount of guests that the hotel can accommodate so I had to leave my van out in the rain overnight and wait early the next morning when several vehicles had driven out before I could park my van in the undercover area. I understand that these issues are part of the building and, for the most part, are beyond the control of the hotel. There was a space that was reserved, not sure for who, and I didn't see any vehicles parked in this space so it would be helpful if they opened this space up for their paying guests.

Room was well presented Everything worked Tea coffee needs replenished each day Luggage storage was available and used while we did a 4 day bus tour between stays Let staff order taxi as they will arrive quickly rather than order yourself which we found out the hard way Near the Todd River close to shops and walks to Anzac Hill and Botanic Gardens

Even though floors were mopped, dirt was still transferred to socks/feet when walking on tiles No Tv reception for channels 2 & 3 in room 12 even after rescan

Clean sheets and a firm bed

The air-con controller was difficult to use as the power button was not working and I had to use the timer setting to get it started. The pillows were too soft. You took my security deposit instantly but didn't explain that it would take you over 48 hours to return it. Even after you checked the room while I waited in reception to ensure I had not damaged it, it was a bit off. I should have had my deposit returned instantly after the room was checked.

Great spot

The hotel is connected to a restaurant which you access through the car park we’re the lifts are and then straight on the street we’re a lot of locals hang out at night (noise and bad behaviour happening)and we found people off the street would walk through the hotel and straight through the car park we’re all the cars we’re and out to the street without being stopped which I found as a security issue for us.

The location is great and there is secure parking onsite. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The location is about 20 metres from the best coffee in Alice Springs.

There needs to be power points near the bed and the bed head had smear marks (which I tried not to think about). There was also no microwave in the room. As a solo traveller, I wasn't keen to walk out at night to get dinner and would have preferred to have the option to get something during the day and heat it up. There was also no cutlery etc., however disposable plates and a knife and fork were provided on request.

Location. The restaurant attached so you don’t need to go far at night.

The lift, staircase and walkways were old and dirty. They need to be cleaned up with a power washer or something. Not encouraging to see so much rodent bait around the place. It was off putting to walk through the covered parking area to such a grotty lift, especially when arriving after dark (although the area seemed secure).
