All of the staff were lovely. The young lady at reception was very nice and helpful, she stored our luggage on the last day and gave us key for the pool and showers. I did ask her name but have forgotten, i am so sorry. At breakfast the young lady 'knee'- not the correct spelling sorry, who made coffees, was lovely. She worked under pressure with a smile and made sensational coffee. Nothing was too much trouble Everyone had a smile and was happy to say hello or have a chat I would love to return next year. I didn't think I would enjoy a holiday to Alice Springs as much as I did Many thanks to all

Pool, rooms, casino and 99% of staff were all just what we needed. Cocktails at the pool bar were made by a friendly lady and most of the staff (bar one dude) were very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff were great. All the women were polite and helpful. The young, new, Asian guy was so polite and welcoming and he went above and beyond when looking after us. I am sorry to say that there was one very rude reception staff who spoke to us in a judgemental and off way. It made us very uncomfortable. He was the only other Asian, male staff member and made my friend and I feel uncomfortable. I feel he should not be in customer service if he does not like people asking for things.... His bade vibe towards us carried on to the next day and was not un-noticed. It is important to note that all the other staff in every department did not display his level of distain towards a customer.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were fabulous. The heated outdoor pool and deck chairs were awesome, as was the outdoor spa. The pool cafe had a good selection of food and beverages. Room had a good size tv, big bed and desk to write at. Nice selection of tea/coffee. Great feather pillows. Nice balcony.

Some of the outdoor pool areas were becoming a bit shabby. Lifted tiles and looked like it could do with a bit of water blasting. But overall, it is pleasant to lounge in the sun. Instructions on how to *release* the security chain on the sliding door in my room would have been helpful.

Once we’d been moved rooms, original room was dirty, damaged doors and had a pungent smell of sewage, we had a lovely stay. Food in the Tali restaurant was good and the staff pleasant and helpful.

The original room we were allocated had damaged doors, stained lampshades - armchair / footstool and had a pungent smell of sewage that would not clear. On asking the manager in reception for a room change he stated he would and advised us to return to the room and they would move us in 10 mins. However after an hour no one arrived so we lugged our baggage back to reception where they eventually allocated us to another room even though he said he’d already done it! We did receive a room upgrade which was nice but we hung around for about an hour and a half until they eventually sorted it. Not what we expected from a Crowne Plazza hotel especially when they laud their ‘clean room’ policy online!

Breakfast options were very good - we selected a la carte rather than the buffet but many in our group tried both and were happy. The coffee was great! Staff everywhere in the resort were friendly and helpful- when we were asked to move our group from what was considered a gambling area due to the 15 week old baby with us they reorganised tables in the ‘juicy rump’ area. The menu was varied and we all tried a range of options which were all good. The pool area and surrounds looked very nice and clean even though we were unable to make use of the facilities due to the surprise arrival of rain and the purpose/timing of our trip. We also didn’t use the regular free shuttle to town but thought that was a great service.

Signage could be improved.. especially for the elevators.. I was travelling with my 82 year old Aunt who needed the lift rather than the stairs. Would you consider renaming the ‘blocks’ rather than numbers 1 - 5 ? … maybe even painting them different colours as they are all very similar. The most comfortable place to sit in the Juicy Rump area was unavailable for our group as we had a 15 week old baby and were asked to move from the carpeted area where we had sat in a booth .. we were relocated to the bistro area complete with leaks and buckets to navigate but the staff were great in organising it for us.

Room was outstanding. It was very spacious with chairs and table. The shower was great and aircon worked great. It was easy to adjust the temperature to whatever we felt like. The security is excellent with key card access needed for entering the accommodation areas and the car park at the back protected with a fence topped with razor wire. The location is out of the way so no undesirables are hanging around any way. We really enjoyed our stay and of course there is plenty of gambling entertainment.

Food at the poolside cafe and Juicy rump cafe could have been better. The steak was served cold.

Good place and friendly staff.

The parking is not secure, despite being informed by reception that it was when we arrived. We parked almost directly in front of reception, in line 5. During the night, someone broke the windows of a car parked next to ours and stole items. Although they attempted to break into our car, fortunately, they didn’t succeed, as everything was locked, and our car wasn’t damaged. The owner of the other car told us that the hotel informed them they weren’t responsible for such incidents and advised them to report it to the police, and that was the end of it.

Very nice and cozy room, facilities were great and staff were super friendly I felt I was at home. Everything was clean and notes left explained what to do with towels etc.

The bed was difficult to sleep on, very hard compared to what I am used to. The second night was as rough as well.

Room was lovely overlooking the pool, we were there for our Wedding Anniversary. The late checkout was great took a while to get. The beautiful lady that checked us out was fantastic. Dinner at Tali awesome so delicious and all staff there were fantastic made us feel special.

The staff member male on the front desk to check us in was not friendly and not helpful for a late checkout. When hearing the lady checking others in, I wish I was being checked in by her. The male staff member put a bad vibe to start our stay for our anniversary.

The mountain view room was comfortable, spacious and of course a great sunrise view. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. There was a concerning maintenance issue in my room upon arrival and this was handled efficiently after contacting reception. Room service food (dinner and late breakfast) was tasty.

Housekeeping staff were talking loudly and when using equipment in the corridors outside guest rooms from around 8am onwards, when guests may still be sleeping or working. I would ask staff to keep noise to a minimum until after checkout times and/or while guests are in their rooms.
