From the start Mercure was so easy to book in with. upon arrival so easy to check in and find our room the room was very spacious specially with a 8 month old all he wanted to do was move around. Beds are very comfy staff wonderful great environment we had 1 little issue with are first bathroom soon we spoke with the front desk. they sent someone out to check it over and moved us to a new room. Mercure couldn't of been any more welcoming and helpful we enjoyed staying there and we will be staying again if we come back to Alice Springs

Nice quiet location. Room was lovely, clean and comfy. All amenities were clean and fresh. The gardens are quite nice and the pool and restaurant, very nice ambience.

The washing machine broke down while I was trying to do a load of washing. It was very inconvenient, but the shift manager was onto it and arranged a repair person asap. My washing ended up in the hotel washing machine, which was very kind of them to let me use.

I booked for three days and then went to Tennant Creek. I came back and stayed for three more days. After my first stay I accidently left my Yeti water bottle in the room. I know this because I went to take a drink on the drive to Tennant Creek and realised what I had done. When I returned, I asked staff to find my water bottle and talk to cleaners from that day. Apparently, my much-loved water bottle had vanished.

Great location just a few minutes to town and onto the Todd River walking trail to Telegraph Station. Restaurant is very convenient although a bit pricy with no quick or cheap options. Breakfast buffet was delicious and if included in package makes good value for money. The guest laundry is well equipped, quick and spacious and is nice and clean. The room was large and well equipped and had a nice range of amenities. Daily servicing of the room was exceptional and those staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff also were exceptionally helpful and friendly even ordering a taxi for us and calling to ensure it was on its way. Being able to store bags while we were away was also very helpful. Thank you!

A lot of noise from other guests in the hallway, although reception said to call if there was a problem there wasn't really much they could do. The staff in the restaurant were efficient but not very friendly, a smile would be nice. Also very disappointed that the restaurant couldn't supply room service, we had to order our meal as a takeaway to carry back to the room which came in paper boxes with one set of small bamboo utensils for two meals... at full price this was a disappointment so perhaps room service delivery with proper plates and utensils (and a smile) could be supplied. A great stay overall though and would definitely stay again, thank you.

Friendly & helpful staff & comfortable rooms within easy walking distance of Alice city centre. Nice pool. Chilled atmosphere. Good food in the restaurant & this & drinks are not over priced.

While hotel is a bit outdated the facilities are good & it’s a great base. Rooms could be cleaned during your stay more thoroughly & to ensure regular tea/coffee top ups etc.

A nice secure location, only 10 minutes walk into town. The room was a good size, with a good sized bathroom. It was quiet and the king sized bed was comfy, which meant I slept really well for the three nights I was there.

As we were visiting family we went out every night, so I didn't get chance to check out all the amenities; there is a restaurant and bar, but I never got to them. Sure they would have been good, but you'll have to check them out yourself.

Location was good, 5 minutes from town. Full Breakfast, although expensive, was excellent. Good beds with good firm pillows. On site little shop for snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Bar on site for alcoholic drinks. On site restaurant, excellent food, very good cook. Breakfast starts at 06:00 am Super friendly staff.

Full breakfast could be a little cheaper $35.

Very quiet, with beautiful grounds, ample parking and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Pay laundry available for guests. Room had aircon/heating as required, a comfy bed, a good shower and an outdoor seating area.

It was desert autumn when we stayed, so unheated pool was too cold to use. On site restaurant- service was disorganised, food was nice, but some staff were not very pleasant to deal with, though others were lovely!

We had a two night stay in the midst of a long road trip and The Mercure was a great spot for a rest. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. From a practical point of view, there is a fantastic laundry for quick cheap and effective washing and drying. The wifi was good too. From an R&R aspect, the pool, sun beds and surrounding (shaded) tables outside the restaurant were a lovely spot to spend a lazy day. The BLT we got poolside was delicious and the Barracuda curry and prawn Penang curry we had in the restaurant were some of the best we have ever had. The staff at every turn were fastidious and really friendly.

Small gripe was the pool side table tops could have been wiped down more often and the loos next to the restaurant could have been cleaned more frequently.

Good property and location, great parking for us with a trailer

Our bathroom was dirty, when our rooms were cleaned we either didn’t get enough towels or face washers or a mat. We expected everything to be replaced as we were a family of four who needed these things. Beds weren’t nicely made for what we paid I expected everything to the same standard as if we arrived fresh everyday. We also would have use room service if everything was available on the menu. You buffet breakfast was tasteless for first time people staying your staff weren’t very informative.
