Please stop the bonus questions tactic on this feedback and evaluation. It is similar to click baiting and quite time wasting. I liked my room design structure and size with all the facilities like coffee making, fridge, lounge setup and study desk.

The downside was the non-working telephone. I had to use my airtime even when calling reception and the restaurant. I wish you could have a microwave in the room. Your restaurant distance from the rooms was another negative for me, considering my challenges with climbing stairs and walking rough surfaces. I ended up ordering in and your tray charge cost me a lot of money that my employer cannot reimburse.

Did not go for breakfast so can not comment. The location is very good and the staff friendly but it can be annoying having to go to the 4th floor to iron clothes - not serious but maybe I just miss hotels where they bring a ironing board and iron to your room!

The bar was closed on one night of my stay which was mildly annoying. There is no undercover parking so that meant running in the rain! The room service and in-room wi-fi is not impressive - resorted to UBEREats for dinner!

Could not open the wardrobe in one of the rooms, however we were staying for only one day. Mentioning it for future maintenance check.

Booked a sea view room via Booking.com, upon my arrival and checking in I was told those were fully booked. The lady that was checking me in mentioned that Booking.com was faulsly advertising the sea view rooms as those were fully booked a long time.

Had an excellent stay. Staff were so friendly and courteous. The room that I was allocated was very quiet, peaceful. Had awesome views of the sea. The room was spotless. I highly recommend this Hotel 👌. The room was very spacious, beds comfortable, great shower & bath. There is nothing I can't fault them for

Absolutely nothing

It’s located right on the beach front and our balcony was right infront of the sea with the most beautiful view. The hotel is clean and secure.

There are no power sockets for 2 pin plugs. The aircon was not working.

I loved the fact that it was very close to the sea and the convenience stores are very close. It was very neat The staff was friendly

I did not like that we couldn't have a bar fridge or microwave, to keep and warm our leftovers.

The breakfast was very nice and accommodated even the people with chronic like diabetes who prefer to eat veggies most of the time, and my kids enjoyed mostly the waffles....

Every thing was perfect, starting from reception. Admins were so welcoming and very patient. Though there was a slight challenge with our booking. We managed to sort it calmly and with high degree of professionalism

We didn't not get rooms that were next to each other as requested, but it was not a trainsmash
