I stayed at Lakeshore Banani for two days and had an excellent experience. They upgraded my suite for the entire stay. I requested stable Wi-Fi for an important meeting, and the staff proactively sent a technician to check the connection. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent. The best part of this hotel is its staff, always smiling and ready to serve. Bonus: there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. I would love to stay there again when needed.

Very good location on “quiet” (by Dhaka standards!) street. Staff is excellent, they responded immediately to all my requests.

The property needs work, there were several physical problems (the lighting transformer in my room failed and buzzed loudly, the toilet flush broke). However, the hotel addressed them immediately. I will be back to Dhaka and will stay there, but will have some requirements in advance.

Lovely large rooms and wonderful staff. This is a great little boutique hotel.

Unfortunately someone had smoked in the room just prior to me taking it. It took about two days for the smell to clear.

The best thing was that I got a room upgrade. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was also satisfied with the breakfast. I was impressed that the skin of the cucumber in the salad had been removed and cut.

the rooms are clean and food is great staff is very courteous and go out of the way to accommodate guests requirements. I didn’t like the breakfast the first day they custom prepared breakfast for me on the second day

The stay was very comfortable; the staff were very friendly. The food was very tasty; room service was excellent! I can highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely welcoming, immaculately clean and always greeted with a smile. Excellent value for money, and the best nights sleep you could ask for, good internet & I had a very smooth airport transfer.

Very good location to move around in dhaka. Big specious room with a view of the city. Plenty options for breakfast and great value for a trip over dhaka.

Breakfast wasn’t great at all. The room price was expensive compared to other options in the area.
