A lovely hotel with nice staff and comfortable cozy rooms. They gave me a complimentary free breakfast even though it doesn't come with the booking. In general I don't like to bother hotel staff too much but I felt as though if I asked them for any help they absolutely would have helped me. The room looked exactly as advertised which was nice. There was hot water in the shower, complementary mineral water and fruit, and the room service was swift and affordable.

The location is in the busiest part of Dhaka so expect some noise and traffic. It's also not the most affordable option in Dhaka. But I was glad to have stayed here nonetheless.

Location was amazing. Very close to city and train metro. Checkin was fast and nice. The property was exactly as mentioned in the add and pictures. Wifi was easy, free and fast. Staff was very nice also and helped when needed. I would stay here again no problem.

Hospitality, Cleanliness, Spa, Front Desk efficiency. They provided me a big double bed room for single occupancy. Thanks to them.

Wash basin height is very low. Bed is too soft for comfort. Need a ceiling fan in the room such that the AC could be put off when not needed.

BREAKFAST was good especially as i am vegetarian, I was happy to have a list to choose good food

We should use the Metro to a suitable location like Farm Gate or Utara where we can get taxi and avoid traffic jam. Lot of market arround and each daily needs

Staff were very helpful when I was looking to book onward travel and organising taxis. Breakfast was tasty.

The staff was really nice and allowed me for early check in and late check out. The breakfast is the best I had in Bangladesh, lot of variety. The single room was good sized and clean, and most importantly very quiet! There is also a nice rooftop to relax.

The window was a bit flimsy and didn't close properly.

The perfect place to stay in Dhaka. Nice rooms, great service, fast wifi, amazing food at the restaurant, a fair price and the location is good for seeing a lot of the main sights in the city.
