The staff are all wonderful ( no exceptions!) Everyone was friendly, respectful and very helpful!!! Thank you very much for your kind service. The hotel is conveniently located to Old Dhaka and railway station. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The window was able to be opened, which is a big plus for me, as I dislike air conditioning. The bed was very firm, which I don’t mind ( some may think too firm). Wifi excellent. Nice hot water in the shower. Breakfast options limited, but enough. Plenty of options in menu for lunch and dinner, and very good taste. You can dine in the restaurant or in your room.

Nothing to complain about. Tea making facilities in the room would be a suggestion.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Victory. Airport pick up and transport was fast and efficient. Rooms are clean and refreshed daily, good hot water, breakfast buffet with nice selection of hot and cold items. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for reaching many sites and railway station. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and very happy with my choice. Will be happy to stay again.

I stayed a week at Hotel Victory and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a good location to see many of the sites in the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The reception and restaurant staff all spoke English well. The reception staff helped me with several problems and also printed out airline tickets. I enjoyed the breakfasts at their restaurant although don't expect bacon and eggs. It was local food but it was always tasty! I also ate dinners at their restaurant. The food and the service were always good! The rooms were clean and wifi was also good. If I return to Dhaka, I would stay at Hotel Victory!

Bed wast not comfortable, they made two single beds together and saying It's double bed😒, But other All facilities was excellent!

The place was clean, their buffet breakfast was really good, and the staff were polite. It's a great option for families.

The internet was not working, but they fixed it the next day.

the food is available for 24hours and the quality of the food is really fresh and good . they really did a great work .

I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with very friendly, helpful ans professional staff. I was staying alone (female) nd felt very safe and well taken care of at all times.

The only point for improvement is the food: it is tasy, but unfortunately very oily.
