Everything is perfect, some areas need to small touch up, like in room wash room no small garbage bin . This is very important to maintain hygiene.

My family stayed their for doctors visit. The location and the overall environment was pretty good. They really liked the breakfast.

It is perfect for locals and desi’s that are used to south Asian food and lifestyle. On arrival the staffs provide refreshments and lobby to wait in is nice as well. It is very well organised, the staffs were super friendly and accommodating, they had plenty of options for breakfast and dinner etc. service was great. They provide dental care kits and sandals for the bathroom. It is very central and close to various clinics and hospitals

It isn’t ideal for internationals. The limbu paani drink upset my stomach but my parents and uncles were fine…I can only drink mineral water so with their food and drinks I had to be really cautious and just stick with what I knew was safe (my own mineral drink etc). The food looked tasty but again it may not be safe for British that get deli belly. Also the beds were all hard and again I think that’s a preference for Asian residents. My parents love hard bed, but that’s not what’s found in International hotels in general so if your not used to it it may be uncomfortable like it was for me to sleep in. Also the shower is right next to the toilet so the washroom really gets wet and not nice when you want to use the toilet as that area should be dry. I noticed later on most places in dhaka had washrooms like this. It’s uncomfortable if you’re not used to it again but for locals I guess this is no issue. The area of Dhaka is dusty so inside was clean but still felt a bit dusty but again I’m sure locals and other customers from Bangladesh would not notice this.

I liked the location of the hotel and their breakfast arrangement. Also, the payment method is convenient.

Firstly, I don't like their strict rules for room booking for couples🥺. Even if you're an old client who has already stayed in this hotel, and if you want to book now they ask you for marriage certificate again🤣. All in all, I think the quality of their rooms and their facilities do not meet the booking price. Their rooms are very expensive. Last one, many breakfast items were not available in their required time frame.
