Great location next to Kawran Bazar (if ignoring the road renovations outside) - the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and perfect size I felt for 2 people. Good view overlooking Dhaka and not noisy from the chaos of the city. Breakfast was good and staff gave a small parting gift!

Better communication regarding the Dollar to Taka charging system - after a few days in Dhaka i realised this is quite normal but as a first timer in Bangladesh would have been nice to have been notified beforehand so I'd just bring cash dollars.

The hotel is quiet and you don’t hear the dhaka traffic at all. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant has very tasty food and the portion sizes are huge. Room service is fast. They even arrange transportation on request. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has security at all times. The area where the hotel is located is pretty safe. There are ATMs nearby. One of the biggest Malls in Dhaka (Bashundara City Shopping Complex) is at a walking distance from the hotel (10-15mins at a normal walking speed)

The mattress in my room was a bit uncomfortable for my preference. The toilet only has a rain shower and I feel like it would be more convenient for guests if there was a hand shower too. The room door wouldn’t lock sometimes but I told the housekeeping about it when I noticed it and they fixed it immediately. I enjoyed the free breakfast but the buffet mostly had Bengali food options and it might not be the best for everyone

Good localization and professional and helpfull staff. Hotel permises clean and functional. Wide range of food with 24/7 access. A wide selection of dishes available at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable place for longer stay. Despite the hidden location, which is a challenge for taxi drivers, the place is quiet - you can't hear the noise from the main street, which is nearby. A place worth recommending for a longer stay.

There are occasionally guests who behave loudly despite the late hour.

Managers and personnel were friendly and helpful, especially Faruk, who helped me even in his leisure time. The food in the hotel restaurant took a while to come, because it was all fresh - and delicious.

The hotel wasnt very easy to find, but if it was easy, it would be on the main road, and that would have been terrible for my ears and nose... thare wer street works, but thats not the hotels fault... and i would suggest, as a smoker, that since the only place to smoke is on the rooftop, that they could hav some chairs and maybe a table, so smokers can feel a bit mor comfortable.

The stay was very comfortable. I loved the rooms, they were clean, had comfortable beds. The reception desk was very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! their restaurant manager is very professional and caring, the staff will personally look after your comfort. They also made chai for me every day. The food, apart from the buffet, is also excellent. Their taste and portion sizes are really good. They also have 24 hours room service so food is available all the time hence they do not allow outside food. The location is very convenient as its right opposite karwan bazaar metro, CNGs or autos, rickshaws, and cabs are easily available from there. the only draw back is that there is come construction going on... and hence cabs will not enter into the lane, but you can easily walk to the hotel via the lane. You can use star kababs as location and then take the lane next to Hero Honda show room. They are also very close to Basundhara city Mall.

I like everything. The government construction is the only problem. But that should get sorted in some months.

Spotlessly clean and ultra-modern hotel within walking distance of the metro. We stayed here twice during our trip to Bangladesh. The reception staff were professional and helpful. The restaurant onsite was fantastic when you can't be bothered to traipse around the city for somewhere to eat - both reasonably priced and a tasty mix of Bengali and western food. We ate there several times without complaint.

The staff here were very friendly and very attentive. Where ever we had issues or needed help.they were very quick to respond. It's the cleanest and best managed hotel at an reasonable price. Less than 10 minutes walk to Asia's biggest mall, as well as many secure banks for withdrawing cash. Breakfast was also great here and we were made to feel so special with the attention.

I felt very safe here but wish there was a safe within the rooms. Unfortunate timing as there was roadworks happening up to the hotel at the time. Meant that the staff had to greet us at the main road and then haul the luggages back and forth. There is a lot of traffic in this area so it's hard to get Uber, you can sometimes come across a tuk tuk CNG. Dhaka Traffic is crazy here.

A western standard hotel with great transport links - the metro was about a 10 minutes walk away. We loved that the hotel had a cafe where we could grab lunch or dinner - the food was very tasty and the prices very reasonable. The reception and restaurant staff were very professional and helpful. Overall an excellent choice for foreigners in Dhaka.

Nothing - everything was good.

I was glad this place, it solves the main questions. I ate the best lunch with rice and fried boneless fish during the last 10 countries. Try it! There is a new metro station near the hotel. I suggest to buy a travel card. Locals blocks vending ticket machines. Maybe they buy new ticket each trip, I don't know. The hotel has everything for a comfortable life, in my opinion. And not expensive.

Many constructions around of the hotel, it was not very simple to find the point. Use google map search, not booking point.

The hotel is as advertised on booking.com, clean fresh and has a decent breakfast. Sourav who is in-charge of the hotel sales and marketing went above and beyond to assist me with my enquiries. Not forgetting Abir Hussain a fine young man at this hotel who used his own time to go with me to some places that I wanted to visit in Dhaka. Lastly I would like to thank all the staff for all those smiles you gave me everyday during my stay, thank you 🥰
