All staff ready to solve any request. They organiza pick up to/from airport and they waited me 2h because many people in immigration. Central position with restaurants malls and everythings. Restaurant inside hotel open until 1am. Breakfast excelent with fabolous dragon fruit juice. Excelent experience

Staff are very helpful and friendly – requested for a change of rooms as I found the initial room to have a number of insects and they were accommodating. Always offered to help whenever I was in the lobby (sometimes even just on the way out). Appreciate that water was provided each day and on request. Also allowed me to check out late on my final day. Helped to arrange a driver to visit Dhaka and Sonargoan.

Slight miscommunication over the cost of the driver services but that was swiftly resolved – in any case, worth confirming on the price before you book. Rooms seem to differ in terms of cleanliness, etc. – overall, rooms are what you get for a 3* hotel and so was fine but both rooms that I stayed in had a slight insect problem (fruit flies). Some sheets / towels had stains on them but room service does change the towels each day. Slightly pushy on providing a good review for the hotel as well.

i liked the general vibes of this Hotel ; the staff are very understanding, polite and helpful; they go out of their way , and quickly, to make sure their guests are well looked after....the room i had was very functional, everything i needed worked for me , the internet, the ac, the power points, the shower facilities, and the airport pick up and drop off service worked really well. Even though my arrival flight was delayed by 3 hours, they waited and collected me without any hassle. I was very touched by the constant and immense hospitality of all the staff members in the hotel. The area of Naya Paltan is very close to the old and historic parts of Old Dhaka and the metro line connection is a short 15mins walk away. I am so glad i chose this hotel for my stay in Dhaka. thank you everyone there.

Everything was fine...except perhaps the TV reception but it did not bother me in the least...i know they would have fixed it quickly if i had mentioned it to them.

Hotel the Capital is a well kept clean facility. The room was very comfortable, with a safe, hair dryer, bathroom amenities. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. Upon check in you receive a welcome fruit drink and fruit plate. The onsite restuarant offers a wonderful breakfast selection as well as a great menu for lunch and dinner. Wifi works just ask for the access code depending on the floor. The hotel is next to multiple bank ATM's, two shopping malls, local stores and several restaurants. Transportation and tours can be arrainged. Good value, would stay again.

This hotel is located in the City centre close to some popular attractions and connected to every transport options you need. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I requested an airport pickup less than one day before my arrival day and they arranged everything perfect. There is local breakfast as a good start for the day. They also have a small restaurant for lunch or dinner. The room was very spacious and always clean. I will come back for sure when I am in Dhaka again and I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on a busy road in a busy location. We are a couple from Australia in our 60’s and felt safe and comfortable walking around the local streets. The hotel room allocated to us was on the 4th floor towards the back of the building. The room was noise free and very comfortable. We didn’t have a view from the window but that didn’t bother us. The hot water switch for the shower is on the outside wall to the bathroom. Which were not aware of before having a shower. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. We were given fruit and a welcome drink. We had dinner in the restaurant every night and the meals were very reasonably priced and very nice. We enjoyed looking out at the traffic each morning and night from our table in the restaurant. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The staff made us very welcome and resolved any issues we had immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. There is also a cafe that serves cappuccino, etc. next to the restaurant. We also had an oil massage at the spa on the 9th floor.

I think if you have any dislikes, the staff will go above and beyond to resolve your issue.

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in, the manager, Amit is a great person, extremely helpful, he provided so much help an information, an he was always avalible anytime to awnser questions, or give advice an help with sightseeing, for western tourist i highly recomend this hotel, all of the staff, are friendly, helpful an always smiling, it really made my stay in Bangladesh perfect, the room was comfortable, quiet an really nice, they have a restaurant an its good quality an good variety, I had a hassle free an total enjoyable stay, Amit the Manager also arranged day tours for me an my wife, his driver also was a nice guy an so helpful, also they provided airport pick up an drop off which was perfect an hassle free, i really enjoyed the way the door staff smiled an greeted you everytime, also the communication was a travellers dream, i was able to communicate with Amit while i was in transit on my way to Bangladesh, an he had no issue to provide me with information i needed, 10 out 10 for the Capital Hotel.

this is my first time in Bangladesh but I 've got a very warm welcome from this hotel staffs I really like their complementary juice so much (and they gave us twice when check in & check out) 🤣 you can leave your luggages here after check out and they also provide us a room for rest after come back (I was like .. wow I never got anything like this from another hotels before) so happy staying 2 nights here and would like to recommend the other to stay here too ! every staffs (managers , security guards , waiters , barista) are taking a very good care to their guests , they all have a good service mind so thank you so much for all your help and kindness 😊

This property was a great find. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. They gave me great recommendations and helped me catch rickshaws whenever I needed one. The room I had was superb in every way. The hotel is a great value for the price. Lastly, the staff literally walked me to the bus station and helped me sort out the late bus. They did not leave until it was sorted with the station. These guys are great!

Hotel the Capital is a terrific place in the heart of Dhaka. The rooms are spacious and clean and the Reception was incredible. Managers Tufajjulm (day), Rafia (day) and Amit (evenings) were so friendly. They would check on me every time I was in the area and would even call my room to make sure I got things I needed there. They helped me with all of my transportation needs - providing timing advice and then making arrangements for me. This was incredibly helpful as I was solo in a city that has notorious traffic issues. They even gave me their number to call if I needed help while out. This was a lifesaver for me as I had trouble finding transportation returning from Jamuna Future Park and also had difficulty communicating where I needed to go. I was able to give the number they gave me to mall security officials who talked to Tufajjul and Rafia to understand where I needed to go and then negotiate with a driver to get me there. That was amazing and these managers really made me feel very safe. The restaurant is also terrific with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant staff there is very thoughtful and kind - sometimes I brought my laptop and every time they would make sure I had enough space for it and my meal by pushing tables together and then proceed to make sure I had water, menu suggestions, and everything else! While I was at the hotel, I was also able to take advantage of the SPA Services. Another terrific experience. The people were so nice - red carpet treatment! And the massage therapist was terrific. I highly recommend. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel - you can't go wrong with the room, hospitality, food and services Many thanks to everyone.
