All staff ready to solve any request. They organiza pick up to/from airport and they waited me 2h because many people in immigration. Central position with restaurants malls and everythings. Restaurant inside hotel open until 1am. Breakfast excelent with fabolous dragon fruit juice. Excelent experience

The hotel is on a busy road in a busy location. We are a couple from Australia in our 60’s and felt safe and comfortable walking around the local streets. The hotel room allocated to us was on the 4th floor towards the back of the building. The room was noise free and very comfortable. We didn’t have a view from the window but that didn’t bother us. The hot water switch for the shower is on the outside wall to the bathroom. Which were not aware of before having a shower. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. We were given fruit and a welcome drink. We had dinner in the restaurant every night and the meals were very reasonably priced and very nice. We enjoyed looking out at the traffic each morning and night from our table in the restaurant. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The staff made us very welcome and resolved any issues we had immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. There is also a cafe that serves cappuccino, etc. next to the restaurant. We also had an oil massage at the spa on the 9th floor.

I think if you have any dislikes, the staff will go above and beyond to resolve your issue.

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in, the manager, Amit is a great person, extremely helpful, he provided so much help an information, an he was always avalible anytime to awnser questions, or give advice an help with sightseeing, for western tourist i highly recomend this hotel, all of the staff, are friendly, helpful an always smiling, it really made my stay in Bangladesh perfect, the room was comfortable, quiet an really nice, they have a restaurant an its good quality an good variety, I had a hassle free an total enjoyable stay, Amit the Manager also arranged day tours for me an my wife, his driver also was a nice guy an so helpful, also they provided airport pick up an drop off which was perfect an hassle free, i really enjoyed the way the door staff smiled an greeted you everytime, also the communication was a travellers dream, i was able to communicate with Amit while i was in transit on my way to Bangladesh, an he had no issue to provide me with information i needed, 10 out 10 for the Capital Hotel.

this is my first time in Bangladesh but I 've got a very warm welcome from this hotel staffs I really like their complementary juice so much (and they gave us twice when check in & check out) 🤣 you can leave your luggages here after check out and they also provide us a room for rest after come back (I was like .. wow I never got anything like this from another hotels before) so happy staying 2 nights here and would like to recommend the other to stay here too ! every staffs (managers , security guards , waiters , barista) are taking a very good care to their guests , they all have a good service mind so thank you so much for all your help and kindness 😊

Hotel the Capital is a terrific place in the heart of Dhaka. The rooms are spacious and clean and the Reception was incredible. Managers Tufajjulm (day), Rafia (day) and Amit (evenings) were so friendly. They would check on me every time I was in the area and would even call my room to make sure I got things I needed there. They helped me with all of my transportation needs - providing timing advice and then making arrangements for me. This was incredibly helpful as I was solo in a city that has notorious traffic issues. They even gave me their number to call if I needed help while out. This was a lifesaver for me as I had trouble finding transportation returning from Jamuna Future Park and also had difficulty communicating where I needed to go. I was able to give the number they gave me to mall security officials who talked to Tufajjul and Rafia to understand where I needed to go and then negotiate with a driver to get me there. That was amazing and these managers really made me feel very safe. The restaurant is also terrific with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant staff there is very thoughtful and kind - sometimes I brought my laptop and every time they would make sure I had enough space for it and my meal by pushing tables together and then proceed to make sure I had water, menu suggestions, and everything else! While I was at the hotel, I was also able to take advantage of the SPA Services. Another terrific experience. The people were so nice - red carpet treatment! And the massage therapist was terrific. I highly recommend. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel - you can't go wrong with the room, hospitality, food and services Many thanks to everyone.

Hotel The Capital is a prefect place to stay in Dhaka. I took a lot of time in selecting this hotel prior to my arrival and could not be more pleased with my choice. The hotel staff is incredibly nice and professional. They are very friendly which is great as I was traveling alone for the first time in Bangladesh and they made me feel very welcome. Amit and his partners always check to make sure everything is good for me! Amit tells me the best way to go somewhere and then arranges it for me! Wow! The room was fantastic as well! It is very clean and has all kinds of amenities like a refrigerator, hot water pot for coffee or tea and a lock box for valuables. The bathroom is bright and very nice as well. The shower was great! The Hotel includes a breakfast and it is really nice. It has a lot of variety with new things every day. Also the restaurant for any other time has an excellent menu with very reasonable prices. I ate there every dinner because the choices were so good. The value of this hotel is the best. Thank you!

My stay at The Capital Hotel was truly phenomenal. Initially, the exterior may not catch your eye, but stepping inside changes everything. From the moment I arrived, the staff's exceptional courtesy was evident—they promptly took care of my luggage and delivered it straight to my room. The reception service was seamless. NAJIM, the receptionist, handled my online booking with impressive efficiency and greeted me with a freshly brewed apple juice. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean and well-furnished. The bathroom was equally impressive, sparkling and roomy. The complimentary breakfast was a culinary delight, one of the best I've ever had. A special highlight of my stay was the outstanding service from TUFAJJUL, the front office manager. From the moment I booked, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even offering me an evening cappuccino. When it was time to leave, he kindly assisted me to the airport with my luggage. A person like TUFAJJUL is an asset to any organization. He knows exactly how to treat guests and provide service. He cares about guests and their comfort. He always ensures ultimate comfort of the guest and he is very detail oriented person. As long as there are people like TUFAJJUL, businesses will only grow everyday and the traffic of repeated guest will sharply increase. Staying at The Capital Hotel felt like being at home. To look at hotel you would think what have I done but once inside greeted very warmly by hotel staff,,special mention to bellboy who picked me up from airport with a very lovely warm welcome. Room was very nice .comfortable bed and good shower pressure.. lucky had room near back of hotel as its extremely noisy from the street. breakfast was good with great service however wasnt like what photo shows on profile.. it was warm not hot which should be.. nice touch with guest getting fresh orange juice . always a friendly greeting by all when coming or going. food was good in restaurant with many choices.

this is a dry hotel that is no alcohol served and this should be stated on the profile ,some other hotels do state if alcohol is served.. no pool sadly.. but unfortunately I got very sick from hotel,think from unfiltered ice served to foreigners and this should be the most strict in not doing this ,sometimes got round ice which is filtered and i should of questioned the night i got crushed ice as i was in bed the next 2 days. food was great so dont think it was that but who knows.. sad to say this was the only downfall with a lovely hotel

you might not have any idea a hotel like this could exist in a place llike this. once you enter ,its completely different. staff behaviour ,rooms were excellent. Especially 3 single bed in this price range considering the environment is worth it. receptionists were pretty professional and cordial as well. for 3 persons , price was worth it I guess .

The complimentary breakfast was okay in taste wise. it would have been much better if there were few more items included. Items were limited compared with other buffet breakfasts we had in other hotels.

For a 3 star hotel, the service is extraordinary. The manager Amit S. always checked in my stay. Kawsar, the chaffeur brought me to the airport smoothly on time. The other staff were great. They gave in to my requests which are usually rejected by other hotels.

Outside is chaotic. even going to an adjacent mall seems bit of a challenge. Recommend going there by cab or their car service. There is a good resto in the hotel anyways that closes late at night and has breakfast; Buffet table layout issue.
