Hampton properties are our favorite places to stay when traveling. They are consistently good. The price has increased over the years and we appreciate the continued quality you provide. However, your properties are considerably higher than others and we may be forced to change to a lower priced property. We are senior retired travelers with a budget.

The cost. Our stay at a Quality Inn and Comfort Inn on our recent trip were much more affordable with excellent breakfast and properties. Quality Inn particularly had excellent beds and pillows. The price was $110.00 taxes and fees included. $100.00 less than the Hampton.

It was a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. For most part all the staff were great and welcoming with the exception of the breakfast warden

It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It is noisy when trying to sleep being right on the main drag. The lady that runs the breakfast makes you feel uncomfortable by banging the doors on the cupboards and watching everyone like a hawk. We paid good money to stay there, we should be able to eat whatever we want for breakfast in a quiet, welcoming setting. Only put one chocolate milk out at a time, lol it's ridiculous

The front desk staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

At the last minute (literally after initial check in time), I was notified that they overbooked the double Queen rooms and I was being changed to a king room. I was traveling with my adult daughter and that was not going to work. They did put in a cot to make it work. They told me that even though I booked months in advance, I was being changed because I booked through Bookings. They said they prioritize people who book directly through them. This was a NASCAR race weekend, so there wasn’t an option to go somewhere else. I guess from now on, if it is a very busy time, I will not use Bookings (I use Bookings for 10-12 hotels a year) since it seems that those reservations are not as important to the Hotels.

Stayed here to see the NASCAR race at Bristol. Conveniently close to track. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Very nice place to stay! Beautiful views. It is in good condition, very clean, pleasant smells, comfortable beds, decent hot breakfast. My only complaint is that the noise from the freeway is very loud!

Clean, great location with many different shops/restaurants near to explore, friendly staff, and good breakfast. They even greeted us with warm cookies when we arrived and it was just so nice after the traveling we endured.

Nothing everyone and everything was excellent. I will say they should have a sign to find it easier since it only had the hotel next to it signage I didn’t realize that was the entrance for both.

Check in was easy. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was a typical hotel offering and was fresh. The breakfast area was a little small, but we actually enjoyed sitting with other guests and having great conversations. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great.

No enough parking we had a truck pulling our race car for a race at Bristol when we got back from track we couldn’t park we stayed 3 nights but all the 1 nighters to all the parking we had to park so far away we could not see our stuff and had to be picked up… not happy with that we have a ton of money in our truck, trailer and race car to not be able to check on it…

Breakfast was great, room lovely, staff great, location for us visiting the NASCAR race at the speedway was great, we had a lazy day by the pool which was a shame it wasn’t heated. We would stay again

The community soap, shampoo, lotion...that just is wrong. Spend the dang money on the indiviual soaps, shampoo, condition, and esp lotion!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and our room was clean. Both of those things are huge for me!

Honesty I appreciate having the complimentary breakfast…wish there was a bit more variety!
