Clean, quiet, updated. No frills. TV, fridge and microwave. Large room, so if you have little ones, there's ample room for all the accessories. Comfy bed. Great Wifi, no lag. Clean area, felt safe.

Floor was sticky, but I believe it was from cleaning product because the place wasn't stained, it was clean. I watched the maid after I left. I was sitting in the car programming the navi and the maid started removing trash and used towels/washcloths from the room. Odd she didn't wear some kind of gloves, but more odd she handled used washcloths/towels and didn't handwash afterward. Seems like an infection control issue. But I don't work in a hotel/motel. But if she goes room to room without handwashing, she could carry germs from place to place.

The property was well lit, we felt safe, it was clean, no evidence at all of any types of bugs, it was a good value, we liked having flooring in the room rather than carpeting-it seemed much cleaner, a variety for a free breakfast of cold cereal, cereal bars, yogurt, fruit, hot waffle station, heat up breakfast sandwich, drinks, enough to fill you up, overall it is a good place to stay! This hotel is on the edge of the parking lot of two major, much more expensive hotels and with that said we can see that those major hotels are not going to stand for this hotel to be run down or attract a bad crowd or the police which is why this Quality Inn is a good place to stay. Primarily staying there appeared to be workers. There was no loud noises from the guests. No issues at all. We also liked how close it is to multiple restaurants and shopping!!

What we did not like but is not the property’s fault is this property is located between two major highways. You can hear the traffic from both sides of the highway. Fortunately we sleep with a fan on at home and brought a fan with us. With the fan running we did not hear the traffic. With the fan off we heard the traffic.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean, Very good breakfast in the morning.T

I got a room for handicapped people. The showers were nice and large, however there needs to be grab bars for those with balance issues. Also the shower floor was slippery. Not because it was unclean (it was very clean), but because the type of material gets slippery when wet. Shower floor nonslip floor stickers should be put in the showers.

The staff was very welcoming, rooms were clean and value was appropriate for needed overnight. Easy to get to off of the interstate. Close to gas station and lots of nearby shopping and restaurant options. Keep in mind most of the shops and quick restaurants were closed by 9pm.

Traveling alone requires vigilance about safety. I got a room on the back side of the building and felt a little exposed and the steep upward cliff in back was off putting which is why I gave an 8 for location. The breakfast could be updated by having more fresh fruit and cold cereal options but otherwise it was a standard waffle making station with good coffee to help a person get back on the road quickly.

We stayed for a night when driving north, planning to find somewhere while driving. I searched many properties within approximately 50 miles of Bristol and the Quality Inn had the best reviews for cleanliness and comfort. The staff was friendly, our room was a good size, was clean and the bed comfortable (normal hotel mattress). Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, pancakes, sausage biscuits, and fruit.

Nothing. It served the purpose we wanted.

Great value motel for travelers that appreciate cleanness, comfort and a smile upon arrival. Great fitness room! Very nice breakfast ... we got little burgers and bagels, plus the usual waffles, cereals, etc etc Nice! Very friendly staff!

The location is a few minutes drive from restaurants and shops. The location close to the freeway is not ideal either. But overall - great choice for a stay in Bristol TN!

We were there during the hurricane for a race at Bristol and everyone was so nice and make sure that we were safe and communicating with family at home.

Everything was great! We have no complaints and will use this property again in the future when racing at Bristol. We normally make 2-3 trips there for events.

The 2 night shift employees were absolutely wonderful!! So helpful, especially with the amount of people who were having some kind of problem. Very quiet, great location and comfortable beds.

We were on the backside of the hotel and there is no parking back there. The look of the building is a little run down especially with the 2 other hotels they share a parking lot with.

The location was amazing for the Bristol Spring Race!!

The room was nice. The ceiling looked as though there was a water leak and was patched and the bathroom was dirty dirty dirty. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor and the walls looked like someone with grease on their hands touched every wall in the bathroom and living space.

Very good room for the price! Friendly staff! Great location! Definitely recommend!

Not really any complaints.. Maybe more breakfast options all they had the morning I went was waffle & to go cereal . & The sheets did have stains but smelled clean so I know they had been washed !!
