Can’t fault the location, right in the old town and the only hotel we could see with a pool available. The view from our balcony of the sea was lovely (requested this on booking - not all have sea view). All staff were so friendly and helpful, the cappuccino freddos at breakfast were great. Pool & beach towels available. Everywhere was very clean.

The pool wasn’t open before 11 and from 3-5 every day - not sure why. Breakfast was the same every day, could’ve had more choice. It is an older hotel, some paint scuffs in the room need to be repainted and the bath was slightly discolouring and could be replaced. But this is just being picky - the hotel was great and would definitely return.

A hotel with an ideal location, offering comfortable and quiet rooms, and a breakfast whose homemade Greek yogurt leaves a lasting impression, with gluten-free options available on request. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. There is a small symbolic pool, useful for a quick refresh. A car is not needed to get around Nauplio.

The bathrooms of the ground-floor rooms could be more in line with the rest of the room in terms of finish and size. They have no windows, but this is not an issue. No parking is available, which makes it difficult to find a space nearby, especially when arriving after 4/5 p.m. In that case, you need to park at the free public port parking, about a 10–15 minute walk away.

Absolutely everything, the location, the quality of the the room and huge comfortable bed together with great friendly staff and an amazing breakfast made with so many locally sourced products.

Although I booked one of the largest rooms in the hotel the wifi was bad in the room and would only work 50% of the time if you were sat on or near the bed. I raised this concern on the first day, only to be told - "sorry you will have to stand nearer to the door" Large room with lots of space but not any drawers to unpack a large suitcase.

Everything about our stay was perfection. The staff are so attentive and extremely friendly, helpful, informative and always happy. It was great to know if we needed anything at all, we could just ask without any judgement and that we would have help immediately. From the moment we entered until we checked out we felt at home and the staff were a massive part of that. The location is perfect, located on the end of the old town not too close to the night life but a simple one minute walk to the square is ideal for exploring the town. We had a good laugh trying to park as close as possible to the hotel, there are a number of small car parks which are free and within a five minute radius. The room was fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice, clean, light and spacious. It had everything we needed and more! The Aircon was great, slight worry of ours as it was hot in the evening, but probably one of the best air-conditioning units I have seen in a hotel room. There are other features but I don't want to take the magic away from future guests. The balcony was fantastic, amazing views of both castles and the sunset was simply unbelievable. Breakfast was always great, the wide range of food and drinks enabled us to try new things each morning and start the day with a solid amount of food and refreshments. We will definitely be coming back!

I didn't mind it personally but the balcony was shared, unsure if this is written in the description but it might be worthwhile adding or making clear. We didn't mind it at all, it is more just to be aware.

This was one of the most lovely hotels that we have ever stayed in. It is so well run with attention to detail and a genuine desire from all the staff to make guests welcome and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous breakfasts that can be taken inside or outside by the pool. The rooms are really well furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept very well indeed . It is in an excellent location in a pretty street and within walking distance of everything. It was straight forward to unload our car outside and then to park it for the full 4 days at the harbour which is free and a short walk away. Thank you to Hotel Ippoliti for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nafplio is a busy place so there was some noise at night but generally it is in a quiet location.

Loved our stay at Ippoliti hotel. Staff was friendly and thoughtful to offer more bottles of water as the season was extremely hot. The room was quite large, clean , with individual air-conditioning system, we found fresh towels and a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, as it included a large variety of handmade sweets and pastry. Eggs in every form and fresh orange juice. Thank you for the pleasant stay!!

We stayed in the top floor and therefore the ceiling was quite low, not ideal for tall people. Also, you don‘t have a view as all windows are facing towards the sky. The balcony is almost „shared“ with the neighboring room and you cannot comfortably sit outside. And the bathroom was very old fashioned.

Stylish and comfortable. we were made to feel welcome by friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, a desk and chair, quiet air conditioning and a small balcony. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice and the home made preserves. Super!

Parking can be hard to find locally. We managed to find a space. At busy times of the year this might be a challenge?

Position is the best right at the quiet end of the old town with free parking 2 minutes away. The pool although small is wonderful after a day at the beach. The beach is a beautiful and I mean beautiful 15 minute walk along a gentle footpath with stunning views Staff were excellent and found me a doctor within two hours We really can’t fault the place

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and very tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our itinerary only allowed us to stay one night, but we would have gladly stayed longer.

There's not parking at the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault. Their location is just such that there's no room to park at it. You need to park in one of the many free locations to park at and then walk to the hotel.
