The breakfast was very good! The cook and staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. The location is excellent for accessibility to hiking trails in west Sedona.

The only real negative, and unfortunately it mattered significantly, was that the bed creaked something fierce, interrupting our sleep. I called it to their attention at checkout. Hopefully that will be addressed so that the next guests can give a five star review.

We loved the location as it was close to a very known restaurant that had super yummy food. The ambiance is also pretty relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows were also comfortable.

The rooms could benefit from a standing mirror, ours didn't have any and it was hard to dress up and get ready for the day. We only had the bathroom mirror. Front staff on the day of check in were not welcoming and sincere about a confusion we had regarding the breakfast. It was a very big inconvenience and we were surprised by it. Unfortunately it was handled very poorly by the young lady on the day of check in. She was insincere and unprofessional abt it. Thankfully ladies like Zen the next day helped us tremendously and were friendly enough to help with other matters.

Really friendly staff, professional and very attentive, clean room and amenities, comfy bed and I loved the stargazing touch in the room! I would recommend coming back!

The ceiling, doors and walls are a bit thin so one could heard everything that was occurring around you, unfortunately. If I were to book again, I would book towards the back to see if it’s a bit quieter there. Unfortunately I had to call the receptionist and ask them to kindly tell the upstairs neighbor to keep it down since it was around 11pm-midnight and they very quickly did and the noise stop.

Location was perfect, although just a bit noisy since it’s right off the main highway and our balcony faced it. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fireplace. Very cozy. They have various activities for the guests to enjoy - like a guitarist in the evening at their Family and dog park. Breakfast was great! Everyone was friendly.

The only thing was that I had to use the extra sheets and blanket that were in the closet, for the sofa bed. The blanket was stinky. It aired out after the first night and was ok. But, maybe make sure those items which are not often used are still kept clean and fresh.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff accommodated our request for a ground floor. However, the room was rather noisy, especially in the early morning. I attribute this to minimal insulation in the building, so not something easy to fix. An example of noise, whenever the upstairs guest walked around or used the bathroom we could hear it as if it was in our room.

The noise. The breakfast was pretty standard, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, waffles. Very little fresh fruit. Also, the yogurt was vanilla flavored. Better to go with plain Greek yogurt. I realize this is hair splitting. Overall our stay was very good and all the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good.

Our room was a bit cramped. No elevator to 2nd floor. We had to lug our suitcases up through the outdoor stairs.

Expectations of accommodations were as stated in advertisement, we were truly satisfied. The front desk was extremely helpful and we want to thank Brian for his patience and courtesy. The room was clean appropriate and comfortable as we needed an ADA Accessibility. We intend to revisit Sedona and this will be our first choice in booking. The breakfast provided was above what we expected as we thought it was just a continental breakfast. Thank you to the cooking staff.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub location was a distance from the building that we were located in and was not convenient in our situation. As it was not easily accessible to someone with special needs.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the stream with the cute bridges through the block where our room was located. We traveled with our dog and loved the thoughtful welcome for him, and the private dog park was fantastic. Good location, with bars and cafes in easy walking distance, and only a few minute's drive from Thunder Mountain trailhead.

Some renovations were going on which meant the spa was out of use and no breakfast was available.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Premier 2 Bedroom King/Queen room was great. Clean and very comfortable. The living area was great for lounging in the morning and evening. The back patio with a grass area was excellent for our furbaby, who needs to go potty between 2 and 4 in the morning. The breakfast could be more varied but everything was delicious. Best of all was the royal treatment our furbaby received. He received a welcome basket, and in the front lobby, a chalkboard honored all the furbabies who were visiting. That little extra touch of thoughtfulness was the icing on a perfect family vacation. Other places would tolerate our furbaby at best. Here, he was royalty. Can't wait to return again.

Breakfast could have been more varied. Although each time the fritattas were made with different ingredients, another egg dish would have been welcomed. Even just scrambled eggs would have been great. But the food was delicious.

Nice atmosphere and convenient location.Bed was moderately comfortable. Helpful staff. Clean, functional washroom and spacious room with food prep area.

Expensive; extra fees. Pillows were mediocre. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but was not due to construction. Staff suggested we (2 couples; 2 rooms) request a $19US x2 refund of the “tourism fee” from Booking.com, since we had to change our plans and go find breakfast in the morning before heading out on our group hike.
