When i came into the hotel was Greeted with a smile 😃 from the front desk agent Chasitie. She was very nice and polite checking in was a breeze, definitely liked that. Breakfast was good too, had a choice of eggs, potatoes, smoked sausage cut up, Waffles and oatmeal. Coffee, Orange, Cranberry, Apple juice. All Hotel staff was nice also. Checking out was a breeze 😌 too, front desk agent Jaime made it easy. Thanks everyone for your hospitality will be back.

The hotel was easy to find, located near lots of restaurants and not far from the places we were going. Also, the location was clean and maintained very well outside and inside. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee was even better. The shower worked great with ample hot water. Also, after checking out the cleaning staff discovered we left behind a shirt and they called me to let me know. They held on to the shirt for me to pick up later in the day and the front desk manager was so friendly and helpful.

I liked the cleanliness, I liked that it was quiet. I really liked the area set up for pets. It had a fenced area and felt safe when I took my dog at night. Breakfast was adequate, better the first day than the second. Front desk was very helpful

Only my personal opinion would be a slightly less firm mattress.

The breakfast was a dissappointment but everything else was good. Came for a swim meet at Chuck, a soccer tourne, and a dance comp. Was within 10 min of everything and walking distance of the convention center.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good and hot. The hotel overall was clean, no issues.

The first day the breakfast area was crowded and busy. There were no empty seats and the seats that were empty the tables were not clean.

Very good clean modern hotel with nice room and good breakfast. It is really dogs friendly hotel; there is place for dog with fancy around so dog can run like in dog park. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Creative space-saving storage spaces throughout the room and lots of outlets in creative places (on lamps and built-in on night stand). Very convenient to Convention Center. Great restaurant next door.

We had a pleasant stay, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly. Loved the coffee and the breakfast was okay.

We arrived at 2pm, which based on the Booking’s website was the check in time; however once we got to the hotel we had to wait an additional hour to check in.

Drake! He was so kind and so nice to me and my kids ! He made the visit worth it if we needed anything he was so willing to help
