The location was nice and I appreciated the water. I wasn’t able to eat anything due to food intolerance but there was a cooler with water. A suggestion would be to include some gluten free bread or oatmeal.
There wasn’t anything that stood out as being wrong. I noticed some had trouble with the toaster but a young lady jumped on it and fixed the problem. Possibly the place could use some updating but it wasn’t disagreeable.

The room was great and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The office chair wouldn’t get taller and I had some troubles getting in and out of it. However, when I mentioned it, they said they would change it out for one that did adjust.

Breakfast was great! A good selection and a large dining area. Biscuits and gravy, baby! The hot water is HOT!
We did see one roach. I stayed in this hotel a couple months before and didn't see any. It was freezing outside (literally), so...

The location was easy access from Interstate 20. Building was exceptionally clean and smelled great. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I will be returning to Quality Inn on my next trip to West Monroe, Louisiana!

It was very clean and the staff was very nice!!
We are swimmers in this family, and we wanted to go down and swim, but there was no chairs or nothing down there that the pool looked inviting the pool really needs chairs and tables

The staff was very helpful. Location was convenient. They accommodated my family and my dogs. Rooms were clear lots of space and other guest made it enjoyable as well.

The area was everything and we sat out front and enjoyed the nice weather.. not too much traffic but all the places to eat were right there and we rested very well.
The breakfast wasn't all that... The pool wasn't open

Location is good, I’ve stayed there before
The ceiling had giant water marks on it. The shower curtain allowed a lot of water on the floor. When I checked in breakfast was supposed to be 6:00 and the next morning it wasn’t going to happen till 6:30 had to go to Waffle House
