Small, beautiful and very peaceful. Just an amazing place to stay and very relaxing

Everything was amazing! Perry and Stavros were exceptional - so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. The place is like a mini paradise! The room was stunning, plenty of space for a couple. The view out on the roof terrace was incredible. And the jacuzzi and sun bed were perfect too for a chilled day! Location was the best! Serene yet in good distance to the busy Oia! There was a supermarket a couple minutes walk away and a few taverns. I would recommend hiring a car to get around the island.. Edem has parking a short walk away. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

This is beautiful, tranquil and charming place right in the quiet part of Santorini, away from the crowds but within walking distance to Oia. You will be surrounded by other villas and few good places for eating traditional (light and refreshing Greek cousine). You will train your calf muscles for sure when climbing traditional stone paths going up - experience one of the kind, for authenticity and local adventure. And afterwards, you will be rewarded with amazing views of nearby volcano and endless sea. That is why when reviewing a place you should also describe the whole area - as it all matters. Stavros , the host - extremely kind and helpful guy. I stayed in apartment with outdoor hot tube - probably the best one.

We just came back from Santorini and it was an unforgettable experience. The standout feature of this hotel was definitely the staff, particularly a wonderful guy named Stavros. His helpfulness and warm demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served each morning was a delightful start to the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with attention to detail that made everything feel inviting and comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the stunning surroundings. We had an amazing time soaking in the views and enjoying the local culture. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Santorini with top-notch service and amenities.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Edem Boutique Suites in Finikia. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Stavros went above and beyond to make us feel at home — from arranging smooth and reliable taxi transfers to and from the airport and port, to offering personalized tips for exploring both the local area and other islands. The daily breakfast was a highlight in itself: fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start each morning. The hotel is located in a peaceful, private part of Finikia with easy walking access to Oia, and we loved the nearby three fantastic restaurants and the convenient mini market for sunscreen, water, and other essentials. One particularly memorable moment was when Stavros spotted us walking to a winery and stopped to offer us a ride — just one example of the incredible thoughtfulness and care that made our stay so special. The charm of Finikia is enhanced by the friendly locals, adorable roaming cats and dogs, and the overall welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic, and deeply relaxing Santorini experience with outstanding hospitality, Edem Boutique Suites is it. We couldn’t recommend it more highly — a true gem!

Incredible hospitality during my stay in Santorini. They upgraded my room 🥰 the hotel exceeded all my expectations — from the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional service throughout my visit. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed (blue and white) and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was clearly thought out with the guest in mind. The staff were always kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect especially Mr. Stavros (Manager). The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and elegant, and it made my stay feel truly special. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything was handled. It’s clear that your team takes great pride in what they do. Thank you again for making my experience unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and nicely decorated. I got a warm and friendly welcome during my check-in by Periklis. Unfortunately, I got sick while traveling, but luckily, Stavros and Periklis were very supportive and responsive to my messages at all times of the day! The beds were super comfortable and the rooftop terrace is simply amazing. The property is in a small village right next to Oia, which is a more calmer environment than other parts of Santorini.

It's a small walking distance (5 minutes) from the parking where you can get a taxi.

The property was well kept, clean and picturesque! They had a lot of seating areas, a bar that also served great expresso! We got some great recommendations about places to eat and visit! The manager and staff members were so friendly and welcoming!! I would recommend this place 100%!!! The rooms were also fantastic, everything was perfect!

When you arrive you will have to walk about 5-6 Minutes (slightly uphill ) to get to the location. It is not accessible by car. However, it’s a short walk and once you get to the hotel you will forget about the walk with your luggage!!!!

We had a lovely time in Edem. Stravos and his team were exceptional and super welcoming, making us feel at home. We were received by him with a glass of champagne while our breakfast preferences were collected. He gave us many tips from the island and arranged the transfer to the port. The hotel is small and super cozy with nice views. The rooftop of each room had a jacuzzi, chaise longue and dining space - just perfect for breakfast, appetizers or a chill moment at the end of day to cool down before going out for dinner.

Perfect stay for Santorini! The hotel is super close to Oia - 10 or 15 minutes walk - but gives you the quiet and privacy of a stay in a smaller village. The private hot tub and terrace have amazing sea views - and during August you can see the sunset from it (at least from mine). Also perfect to enjoy your breakfast in the terrace watching the sea! All the Edem team is very kind and attentive, always making sure you have everything you need - and always ready to share tips and what to do in the island! A car is recommended if you want to go around the island and see some beaches - but if you want to mostly stay in Oia, you are safe without a car.
