The first floor apartment is ideally located in Petite Venise and has a beautiful view over the canal. The place was quiet, very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen and facilities had everything we needed and it was great to have the numerous fans and air conditioning units provided to keep us cool during summer. The check out time is really generous and it was a short walk to the train station. Would highly recommend!

The apartment has a lot of windows and not all the blinds work, so it is very bright when the sun comes up so not ideal for sleepers that like it a little darker. Also there is protective plastic under the sheet which is a little noisy when moving in your sleep.

Location of the flat is unbeatable. Newly refurbished and done up with great style

View from the apartment was a bit of a let down. Selected this flat as given the impression there was a view of the canal. There is no view from the apartment. The terrace is not part of the apartment. You have to go down a flight of steps into the communal area to the back of the property to enjoy it. Not something you want to do when you have just woken up and want to have breakfast outside in the privacy of your place. We felt the terrace was false advertising as not really part of the apartment. Flat is not air conditioned and unbearably hot. Only one mirror and difficult when 4 people trying to get ready together. Communication with host not great .

The location is fantastic looking directly out over the canal, but only a short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Also the host was able to provide parking within easy walking distance at a reasonable price per day.

It would have been useful to have a washing machine, but given the small size of the accommodation that is probably not possible. We went to a very efficient washing/drying operation at a supermarket which was fine.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, very cute, well equipped and perfectly situated. Set in a quiet corner of Colmar, it has beautiful views from all the plentiful windows, and is quiet at night. The church bells at night are soft and lovely as they’re a distance away. (I do wear earplugs anyway as a rule, for a snoring partner) The manager and owner were very responsive and friendly to help with an issue we had when we first arrived. They were great!

Great location, beautiful views and very quiet after canal tours shut down. Well appointed kitchen for your own cooking if you want. Great pillows!!

Difficult to find and parking was very unclear. Would help to explain what st Josse is. I could never pull it up on gps. Finally found someone to help me at the restaurant. Had k cups for coffee but no creamer. Needs shade fixed on living room window.

The location of this property is amazing! It is in the heart of Petit Venise. There is a small covered area by the river that you can sit and watch the world (and boat tours) go by. Swans float up and down past you. The apartment is lovely, original features and a good size.

Perfect location. Well fitted out apartment, coffee maker, fridge etc. Terrace onto the canal in the heart of petite Venice was great for breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Lovely rainfall shower.

I'm a large guy and the separate WC was a bit cramped.

A spacious, well equipped apartment with gorgeous panoramic view, clean and comfortable. Close enough to leave your car on a street with free parking. There are also parking arrangements around.

It is simply impossible to get close to the bathroom sink unless you are less than four feet tall and a contortionist. Better use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth.

The cottage was great and in a lovely location on the river. Highly recommend the small boat ride which operates only a few steps from when you step outside.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and seemed like it was covered in plastic underneath the bed sheets. Everytime you move it is very noisy..

Cozy apartment with all the facilities you may need (even Netflix), very clean, great views and excellent location. I would and will absolute recommend it ☺️

It’s not that I dind’t like, but I would personally change both the mattress and the bed sheets 🫶🏻
