We skipped breakfast - honestly it didn’t look that good. The location was fabulous. The check in staff person was super friendly and helpful. Your hotel being pet friendly was a HUGE plus. We were on our way back to south Texas from a trip to Colorado and stopped in Kerrville to visit a friend who retired and moved here a year ago. This hotel offered just what we wanted - a clean, convenient safe place to spend the night before the next leg of our journey. When we come back to visit our friend (and we will) we will definitely look up this hotel again.

The breakfast was pretty lame actually. Understood; at these reasonable prices I wouldn’t expect a gourmet layout but maybe some milk and some sort of protein (like a sausage patty to go with your biscuits and gravy) would have been nice.

Staff were great. Parking was good. Room was nice, it was wonderful to have a coffee maker in the room. Had nice view from upper floor. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

There was no soap in the bathroom but staff had body lotion on hand. Walls could use a cleaning in the bath and front door area. Room had a weird smell but could be a change in cleaning solution. The elevator had a loose pane and morning I checked out thought I was going to have to use the stairs (4th floor) as elevator wouldn’t work…took about 10 punches of the button for it to work.

It was at a good location, they provided us plenty of Dove shampoos/body wash/lotions- very considerate! The breakfast was pretty good. Very high ceiling in king room made it feel more spacious.

We got a king room with a jacuzzi tub and I was excited to use it, but it turned out it didn’t work. Also, the room smelled a little musty and we could see some mold around the jacuzzi tub area. Probably would’ve been great if we would’ve just gotten a regular room. Otherwise the room was very clean. Normally, I love La Quintas and overall this doesn’t hamper my impression of them, just this type of room probably needs more attention than others.

The staff was friendly and helpful! I left my pillow and when I called they had it and my granddaughter picked it up for me! 💞

The people running around being loud in the hallway way after 10pm to 1am. I think it was a baseball team so it wasn't la Quinta's fault. But didn't sleep very good since rooms aren't sound proof 😀

we enjoyed the older lady that checked us in. she was so sweet and really friendly. she made us feel welcomed. the room was cool and comfortable when we got in and the the beds were comfortable. my kids crashed a soon as we were able to finally lay down. over all it was a lovely stay

The breakfast and coffee were good.

When I first walked into the lobby I smelled a nursing home smell. That surprised me. There was a straw paper wrapper on our room floor along with a piece of cotton. That surprised me as well. Not top of the line but comfortable and affordable.

Nice but needed some repairs, no elevator working. TV settings confusing. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. Fruits not fresh.

Upkeep on it was not desirable. Upstairs very heavy traffic and could hear heavy walking and loud noises at night.

Breakfast was okay; they kept running out of scrambled eggs, the 3 days we were there. The last day they had bacon, which was great. Our room was very large, & comfortable, not fancy.

They ran out of eggs, bananas, sausage patties, & weren't in a hurry to bring out more. It was fun to make your own Texas shaped waffles.

It was quiet. Staff was very nice. Especially when we checked in. We really appreciate early check in. We had to get ready for funeral services.

Inside needs painting. Bed needs to be replaced.

The front desk person Wednesday and Thursday was very friendly and helpful

Edges of mirror in bathroom broken; on arrival date the swimming area smelled like sewer gas but on Thursday afternoon it was fine. Aged.
