We’ve stayed at various properties in kerrville when visiting family and feel like we finally found a property we liked and will come back to. It was clean, beds were very comfortable and staff was good and honest! We left an item that is anywhere from $300 up to replace and received a call advising it’d been turned in by staff. They offered to hold for pickup or mail!

Facility is nice and is being updated. Large with pool and kiddy pool in the courtyard. Good parking. Breakfast of waffles, 4 cereals, yogurt, fruit, and more. Nice restaurants in town. Billy Gene's Restaurant is nice, reasonable prices with large portions, and has inside and outside seating looking ove a river.

All is fine

It was ok. Could use more variety. Waffles were available and good.

Just nitpicking. The room had minor maintenance flaws. It did not affect my stay. Air conditioner was good, bed was comfortable,appliances worked well. Very clean and surprisingly quiet. I will stay here again if in the area.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Floor was dirty.

Parking, we were in a handicap parking spot in the rear of the complex and a work truck backed into our vehicle and did damage. The individual who hit our parked car never notified anyone that they hit our car. Handicap room should be closer the the front. That’s a long walk to get to breakfast and office.

Everyone on staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Good Ol' Texagon Waffle maker! The bed was outstanding in comfort and the room was nice and cold with great amenities. Only regret is not booking for a 2nd night!!

No complaints whatsoever. A+ place.

The staff was very nice. I even saw the laundry person helping someone having Trouble getting a ice and run over and help with that. That was so nice

When house peek keeping came in to clean while we were gone did not leave coffee or the sweetner

Bathtub was older and seemed very out of date. Water knobs were difficult to turn. Linens for bed had cigarette burn marks on them. Just seemed very old blankets and sheet. Otherwise it was a confortable stay and worth it.

Prices were a good value for a night’s stay

Breakfast only offered cereal or waffles. Wasn’t any meat such as bacon or sausages no eggs or bread. As someone who cannot tolerate milk, eating cereal is out of and waffles are too high in sugar for someone with sugar problems.

Very affordable and convenient to the venue. Shower had excellent pressure and the maid came every day and cleaned the room.

The walls and ceiling aren’t very sound proof you can hear everything from folks chatting outside the window And anyone walking around upstairs.

I loved that the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

I didn't care for the youngman that was at the front desk. He was not disrespectful but it would be nice to feel welcomed and appreciate our business.
