I just checked out of Locomotive Hotel and Spa by EPS and I'm already experiencing withdrawal symptoms. The bed was so comfy, I think I left my spine there. The staff were so friendly, I'm pretty sure they're secretly trying to adopt me. The breakfast buffet was like a food coma waiting to happen – in the best possible way. And the hotel gym? Let's just say I sweated out all the pizza I ate the night before (no regrets). But seriously, this hotel is the perfect spot to indulge in some serious self-care. So go ahead, book that room, and let the hotel pamper you into a state of blissful oblivion. P.S. If anyone finds my spine, please return it to me. Thanks.

Absolutely nothing

great localisatio in the middle of nice beach, next to good restaurants. bed comfortable, in toilet soap shampoo and all needed kits staff is very friendly and kind, rooms and cleaned and fresh water given

hotel has a nice pool but without any sun beds or place to rest after using a pool. in the toilet is unpleasant smell but I think it’s the island issue but particularly this hotel. last thing, at least one person should be always present in the reception, because I had problem with opening the doors, and needed to wait a while for staff to appear.

the staff were extremely nice and accommodating when I had some issues with WiFi. The AC in the room was nice and cold, the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were nice and soft, the location is great, I was in the room for 5 nights and was really comfortable and made myself at home.

The WiFi was unpredictable and gave trouble at times, but as I said the staff were very helpful and accommodating and allowed me to use another room to do a call. Also the place was a bit dusty from the loose paint.

I expected for that price breakfast included and a more cleaned room also because we had..a flush problem in the toilet...despite this problem ,the staff helped us as soon as possible. Thank you for your kindness

The location is great, right near the beach and just off the main road for restaurants, bars and shops! The room was pleasant and cosy with a comfortable bed. There was a kettle but no fridge in the room but they let us use the one near the lobby so that was great. This place is really good value for money compared to other places in the area. We would definitely return.

The location is really good. Comfy bed and very nice staff:). They helped us with everything booked a tour for us, rented scooter and everything. They were so nice we became friends with them.

Nice pool, well located, friendly staff - good value for a budget stay in Lembongan.

Dining are for Breakfast might have been nice.

- The room was very nice - The best thing was the service. The receptionist helped me to get a ticket for an fully booked out ship, so I was able to go to my new hotel. I can really recommend this accommodation
