Location and clean

Two rooms 2 AC's- one was not good- you have all the details after several calls to booking.com and many whatsapp messages with property- they were snarky and not very honest- the 2nd ac never was up to par- they were trying to save electricity by using only one AC! We believe- they wanted me to contact you to let them know that they had resolved the AC issue- they did not. I wasted the afternoon of the last day of iur vacation calling booking.com. We called Booking at least 4 times- we lost connection with one of your agents. Please contact me directly for more info. I have the screen shots if the whatsapp messages of the property with me- these were reslly aggravating.

Fantastic location. A short walk from where we parked on Viale Felice Cavallotti everyday.( this is a great place to park on blue parking areas) Friendly and helpful host. Instant WhatsApp contact and with recommendations of places to eat. Nice to have a kitchenette. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Very light and airy. Quiet considering so central

Don’t be disappointed the room doesn’t look like all the cosy rooms on the website. The kitchenette was very dirty.. plates all badly cleaned by previous occupants. Very very greasy. Pans had no handles ( burnt or broken) . No kettle to boil water for tea or coffee. However nice to have the kitchenette if it was better stocked and cleaned.

Everything was as described, all very clean, and communication with Giovanni was very prompt. He helped us with late check in. We had a beautiful sunny terrace which was not noisy as it was off the main street but still right next to main one where people where singing so we had live music while eating on the terrace in the late afternoons. Location is just perfect - quiet but right there is the centre of old town. All stores, cafes, ice cream places, pistacherias, everything accessible walking within max 10minutes. But careful with parking - as it is super central and close to everything it is super hard park as always packed with cars. Breakfast option depends on your preferences. It was a ticket to eat at MARTINUCCI LABORATORY but only allowed sweet stuff like pain au chocolat, croissant, Pasticciotti, along various types of cooffees. Which are good quality!! but we are all salty eaters - cheeses and ham... so we always ended up buying our own breakfast, still at MARTINUCCI LABORATORY. They were kind enough to replace coffee for kids with milk and chocolate (though was not much chocolate in there) - so we had to get some stuff on side for kids, because there was some room for negotiation but limited. Ice cream is very good and cheaper than in other areas. Pasticciotti was amazing! Giovanni was super helpful, always available on the phone to respond. Super kind. Quite cozy accommodation, has a good feeling. They also have an amazing cocktail bar GOLDEN just downstairs - bartender does know his art.

We were in a heat wave and the air conditioner worked really effectively as did the fridge which was really cold. The location is BRILLIANT with Lecce’s best gelateria next door and all the activities of Piazza Oronzo around the corner and also surrounded by lovely restaurants. The host was wonderful organising pick up and drop off from Brindisi airport. The first night when the remote was behaving properly he came to replace it the very next morning. Coffee was in the cupboard as was olive oil and salt and some biscuits. Very much appreciated when you arrive late.

Could be a little noisy if you go to bed early - but because of the heatwave everyone was up late.

The location is perfect for discoverers of Lecce, central ans easy to access. I have to highlight Giovanni‘s service of excellence also for topics which are not directly linked to the b&b like last minute requests for private airport shuttle through his connections for a fair price for a family with a lot of baggages or for baggage storage options very close to the the b&b made our live very comfortable chappeau dear Giovanni

a fact is if you stay that central you have to be aware that especially on the weekends next door party and clubs are running until 2 am, which needs to be considered if you travel with young children - no critics to the b&b. It is a best practice tipp to share with other families traveling with also with young chlidren

Very central, just off Oronzo Square but on 4th floor with modern lift so no noise whatsoever during the night. Comfortable bed, everything was spotless, good air condition, really it was a super central place to stay and we can definitely recommend. We had concerns about parking as we were so central but used Parcheggio Lecce, Vialle del Universita, about 12 minutes walk away. You pay from 09.00 to 14.00 and 16.00 to 21.00 60 cents per hour. It’s very easy and convenient. Lecce is a great place to visit. Enjoy 😊

Regarding location and view this is probably one of the best rooms we've had, at least in a bigger city. Just a few steps from the Sant'Oronzo square and on the 4th floor with a view over the rooftops in centro storico. The room we had was also quite big with a sofa so we found it quite comfortable.

Would have liked some more drawers or shelves to unpack the luggage and maybe some more hooks for towels in the bathroom but these are minor details, we still liked it a lot.

This apartment was on the premium location, close to the square and had a nice balcony. The rooms were OK in size and its equippment. Were nicely clean and well kept. It was nice that in the building was lift so you do not have to climb to the 4th floor on stairs. With the apartment was provided breakfast in the near by cafe which was also nice.

We were surprised that this apartment is within one bigger apartment with other rooms. So the feeling was - you do not have enough privacy. But the room had its own bathroom only the little kitchen accessories (like coffee maker) were in the common area. We were missing wine glasses :-)

We recently stayed at the Sant'Oronzo B&B. I loved the location of Sant'Oronzo B&B. There are cafes and restaurants right at the doorstep of the B&B (pizza restaurants and cafes serving gelatos and awesome desserts). Giovanni (our host) is super responsive and he helped us arrange our airport transportation. The room is clean and the air-conditioning made the stay comfortable because it was humid in Lecce when we visited. The building is in a safe area. Comfortable beds and pillows!

Location was perfect, you can’t be more centrally located. We booked the two bedrooms was great to have the extra space. Was there in Dec so didn’t use it much but terrace was very nice to see view around us & must be a bonus during the sumner. All is provided for comfort. On 4 th floor, having option of elevator was practical to have with luggage 😊 Truly the host was amazing, quick to respond, extremely friendly & helpful really made us feel welcomed.
