Spotlessly clean and new-looking 'business' hotel with excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Free parking under hotel, with simple card access.

A little bit out of the 'downtown' area if you are on foot.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere in the Hotel, staff were helpful and friendly and gave good advice about the City, what to see and how to get there, once again, recommend local transport tickets for up to 5 travelling together in the Wiesbaden/Mainz area and we even went to Rudesheim on the same ticket,,,,incredible value for money. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early for personal reasons so sadly we missed our third breakfast there which was a great shame as it was a great breakfast. It was very easy to find with secure underground parking,

Good breakast. Lady at the reception is highly professional. Good location close to railway station. Comfortable bed.

Young trainee at the reception is not ready yet for the job. He has to learn a lot before start to work seriously. He did not mention that I have to order room cleaning for the next day. He was lost taking my data on check in. Althought I paid for early check in, some lady knocked at the door and disturbed me asking when I will check out ? I paid for that to have a little peace after early flight. All in all decent hotel with some minor mistakes.

We came for the German American friendship festival in Wiesbaden and we had a great time. Our room was lovely, the hotel has a great gym with free water, that is open 24/7, and the breakfast was exceptional.

For our purpose the hotel was great, because it was close to the fest, but it isn't so close to the downtown, but therefore close enough to the main train station and a shopping center, as well as a lovely park.

I was travelling by car and was looking for somewhere I could safely park. BW Wiesbaden has its own underground parking area which forms part of a large parking facility under a modern multi-use office development. The car park is barriered, in tip-top condition, well lit, clean and convenient for the hotel's lift. I dare say, given a brace of classic Porsches parked near the entrance, it's pretty safe, too. Yes: they charge you Euro 20 but given its convenience and the fact you can leave the car there after check-out at 11.00 hours I think it's acceptable. (NB. I suspect if you became a regular you could probably negotiate a better price for the parking). The hotel dates from 2018 I think and it's modern, crisply designed, well built and very well maintained. In fact, I enquired at the desk and it's apparently one of 10 BWs that Herr R Schmidt runs throughout Germany and Austria. This example is both a credit to him and to all his staff, starting with the very affable Hotel Manager who kept a careful eye on how the hotel looked. I liked that: a manager who "gets out onto the factory floor". The bar is easy to grab a beer at and watch some TV. My room (on the fourth floor overlooking the 'plaza/courtyard') and its en-suite were both impeccable. The location of the hotel is decent but it's probably a tad too far to walk to the town centre....well at least at night. Particularly worth mentioning was the breakfast: fruits, breads, yoghurts etc. (as well as cheese, meats, eggs for the more serious 'breakfaster') were universally excellent as was the care the 'head waiter' took in keeping everything neat, clean and tidy. I'm struggling to fault it. When in Wiesbaden again, I'll be coming here.

Comfy beds, aircon, lovely modern bathroom with walk-in shower, great breakfast with lots of hot and cold options, good coffee, quiet location, friendly staff, great bar and outside seating.

Could do with a mini fridge in the room (it was very hot when we were there!) And only powdered creamer for coffee/tea in the room.

The breakfast was so good! Some of the best we've had at a hotel in Germany. All the staff were very helpful and the parking was private in the garage and was free. Very convenient to the military base. Highly recommend the nearby restaurant called Die Hutte.

It was all good. Just a bit far from the old town with all the restaurants. No dinner at this hotel.

Exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed, working AC, and excellent water pressure & temperature for showering. Good, healthy variety for breakfast.

A small in room refrigerator would be a nice addition. The location isn’t ideal for convenient shopping or dining without a car or taxi.

Fantastic room, comfortable bed, aircon, lovely shower/bathroom, easy and safe parking, great buffet breakfast.

Most of the staff were friendly and happy, however some were bad tempered and partially rude. One even told us to get out of our room at 9am, although checkout was at 11am.

The breakfast was truly delicious, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated. The hotel room was modern, impeccably clean, and highly functional. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This enhances the flow while keeping it natural. Let me know if you’d like any further tweaks!
