Stayed in Rm 108: Cleanliness-no smells, clean room Quiet - OMG so peaceful Hospitality-staff were so cordial Location - great little hideaway

Fridge outdated but worked. Inside freezer dirty, dents, rust on side of fridge Used a small drinking glass that had lipstick matted on rim. UGGGGH NASTY!!!!!🥵🤮🤢😡 I WAS UPSET. Showed it to front desk upon checking out. Lighting fixture in restroom gave me the creeps - it had stuff inside the bulb - looked like rust but then it looked like it was dust particles on inside??? Gross! Vent grail in restroom rusted Bottom of kitchen baseboards need some TLC The inside of kitchen cabinet under sink; white water plumbing device in very back bottom was covered in black mold?????😳🫢🤢 nasty -- gave me creeps. Hotel rooms probably can use sm Spring cleaning and change out sm fridges, plumbing accessories and lighting fixtures and rusted vents

We have stayed at this property more than once, and we appreciate the extended stay aspect and the large rooms. It is also conveniently located in an area that is local attractions but also feels secluded

Because it isn’t extended day, cleaning services are only offices once per week. We did stay an entire week during our last day but were only allowed access to the cleaning staff one day. Cleaning staff is on a strict schedule, and they were unable to provide replacement towels or toiletries, suggesting I head down to the front desk to retrieve replacement towels and to leave my used towels there. The front desk person also ignored me from time to time when I went down with a request question

Very pleased with how Nice room was when checked in. Everything was Clean and stocked. Not only does room have Microwave, and coffee pot. It also has toaster, little burner, dishes so you don't have to buy throwaway. Never had a room that Includes the pots. They've be very helpful with needing to extend stay. Location is great, close enough to hospital (which is Big as partner had heart surgery and being close has helped us- live 2hrs away.) Would definitely stay again. Hopefully next time we'll be enjoying sights.

I loved the cleanliness of the facility. Crystal made checking in a breeze and was very friendly. The other clerk was nice as well. The cupboard with the coffee was nice.

They could actually get smart tv’s bc the selection of channels to watch were limited. The smart tv would allow guest to log in to their streaming apps like Netflix. They also could add a fourth pillow to the bed especially for the guest who have 2 ppl. There’s no complimentary breakfast at this location. The WiFi was not good at all.

The hotel is in a good location and close to stores, restaurants and University of Houston Clear lake The rooms are clean, updated decor they also provide free coffee and laundry. Spacious parking. a gazebo and dog walk. The rooms have kitchens with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave and refrigerator. Nice size rooms. Jash the general manager and his front desk Elizabeth went above and beyond to accommodate my hotel stay thank you!. The price is good I would come back.

I saw a couple of night crawlers.

The bed was comfy. The room was quite spacious. The windows provided a great view. The kitchenette was great, as was the refrigerator and toaster. The handicapped shower was excellent, complete with shower bench. The only complaint was an unlighted parking lot, making it very difficult to see at all. Also, snack & beverage machines would have been great, along with free coffee in lobby, as well as canisters of ice water. Just a thought or two. We will be back. Just please turn the lights on in the parking lot, please! We saw them! Anne & David Payne

Quiet. Comfortable room.

This is about the fourth time I've stayed at the property. This trip and the last trip the coffee machine was broken. I'm talking about the free coffee in the laundry room. Had to go to McDonald's for my morning coffee. Once I can understand. Twice is too much. I'm not a demanding type. But I don't think a hotel should be incapable of providing coffee.

Clean and comfortable

The staff are not so customer service oriented. I forgot some usb memory stick in the room, and just taking a second to go check was huge. They all completely refused. That USB has a lot of my information, and I called 2 hrs after I left and am afraid of identity theft. The stay was okay other than staff

Due to my previous residency in the vicinity, familiarity became an additional key factor in my decision-making process. In addition, the affordability of the accommodation, coupled with the inclusion of a small kitchenette featuring essential appliances such as a microwave and a fridge, is a distinct feature that sets it apart from certain contemporary hotel establishments.

I don't like that they're now charging for parking. I believe it's $10 a day. It's not like they care about your car if it were to get vandalized.

I've stayed at this location twice. I highly recommend it especially if you are on vacation with family. Kind of off the main road so there's no street noise, kitchenette is perfect, the two room king size bed suite was perfect for my stay. The staff was very friendly and made sure my stay was enjoyable. A great place to stay!
