There was a working heated pool, business center worked well for what we needed. There wasn't a roll in shower for my handicap room but alas bathroom seemed ok. Allowed late checkout. Nice meeting area rooms. Nice bathrooms in lobby, free cookies and tea yum. Lots of tourist coupons, meal coupons and exploring options for tourist and visitors to fill time. SUPER CLOSE TO PROBABLY 15 QUICK PLACES TO GET FOOD AND WALK RIGHT THERE. bowling alley Bowlero right next dor too, would be fun to do that on a day off. Daytime front staff was super nice, courteous and accommodating while we had to wait for our event and ride

No free breakfast. It was $10-13 ! Same for lunch and dinner but they had daily specials and a full bar open most the day as well, so. I understand. Small ish bathroom for handicap, carpet thru out and not many channels less than 50& half are Spanish like everything lately anyways. Smelled like weed a lil, but ironically we were given room 420. Also, 1/2 elevators is OUT OF ORDER for idk how long.

Some front desk staff didn’t seem to want to interact with customers, like they were being bothered. The restaurant/bar staff disappeared for several minutes. It appears that had to cover other areas of the hotel in addition to covering the restaurant. Some patrons were disgusted and left when no one showed up to take their orders.

HUGE room! We stayed for a few days between pre-op and operation and we needed to be close to the hospital. I upgraded to a suite for just a little bit more $$ and it was SO WORTH IT! Huge space, hubby could rest in the bedroom and I could work in the living room without disturbing him. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was bigger than mine at home! EXCELLENT value!

I liked everything about this hotel! The staff was amazing especially Ms. Avi who checked my family and I in. The absolute icing on the cake was... they actually had a heated pool and spa, unlike so many other hotels that say they do but really don't. Eateries are minutes away and great shopping places all around.

This is a really nice property with a great location. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Nice area to stay. Moses was great! Super helpful. The other staff were all nice too but I didn't catch their names. I would recommend this hotel.

Great area! Lots of local and chain food restaurants nearby, and lots of activities within a 10 minute drive. Close to kemah boardwalk and the NASA space center!

Parking lot is a bit small, hard to park a big truck without being over the front or back line. Width wise is great.

The location was close to several restaurants within walking distance. Accessible room was large and very comfortable. Walk in shower was very ample.

Everything was great. Wouldn't change anything.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to assist in our situation.

The only bad thing that happened was that I flipped out the bed due to the frame being broken. The front desk was able to move me and my mom to a different room and asked if I needed medical attention.

The lighting was ok, but we would definately prefer the lights to be much brighter. Dim lighting is very annoying.

The best part of my stay was when the staff member Aremecia(I believe that’s her name) went out of her way to accommodate me. She was a sweet older lady with curly hair. I originally booked one night and decided to stay a second night. I was originally told I had to check out and then check in to get another room and that I could not keep the same room. I asked for early check in and I was told it was not possible. I knew it was last minute so I understood. The next day when checking out, this sweet lady found a way to check me in early, offered me to stay in the same room and accommodated all my needs. I could tell she had to move things around for us, but it really made our day go so much smoother. Because of her, my stay went from good to EXCELLENT.

The elevator was a bit noisy and the handle on it kept breaking, but that is really minor and it didn’t really affect my stay.
