The room was large and nice, especially for the affordable price. It featured comfortable beds and a large desk, big enough to accommodate two people at the same time. If you need to visit the European Space Operations Centre, as we did, the location is fantastic. Most bus stops and the main train station are just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it's a great place for a short stay in Darmstadt!

We had two empty coffee cups in the room that were never removed, even though they were clearly used. Additionally, the soap dispensers were not refilled once they were empty. Breakfast must be booked the day before and cannot be reserved on the same morning. There was also a slight smell of stale air in the corridors.

The place in general was really comfortable, the view was amazing and everything worked as intended! The location was amazing to access the station and go to Frankfurt daily.

The bathroom had a weird smoke smell in the first days. I couldn't figure out why, and it wasn't that strong, but it was a bit of a bother to take baths. Also, the breakfast was a bit lacking, but it could be cultural differences!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable and was regularly cleaned. It was also close to the train station which was convenient.The hotel was also situated in a quiet location and the staff were helpful.

The carpet on the floor of the room was smelling at night and the carpet in the hallway generally had a strong smell.It seemed like it had been there for a while. The room could have had a kettle and a small fridge in it.

Arrived, parked our car in hotels car park and checked in. All well. The room accessed by lift and room was as expected on small side but acceptable. Very easy access to all transport modes from the railway station area. Very good access to some good restaurants especially Monogolian all you can eat and the brewery restaurant. We used tram transport to get to the central part of city, all very good. Lovely walking areas. Staff were very good and helpful, we were pleased with the hotel.

Was very glad to see a polite receptionist there instead of a machine - thank you for this, it felt very nice! The rooms are good size, nicely furnished, clean. Just across the road from a big parking and 2 min walk from the main train station where you can find a supermarket and many cafés + bus connection to Frankfurt Airport.

The staff must be this hotel's biggest asset, for sure. They were friendly and their hospitality went above and beyond in helping - from explaining the breakfast set-up to accommodating all my queries related to the cancelled train I had to take to my next destination. Definitely well worth a stay-over if you need to be close to the station. Everything worked seamlessly and the WiFi was great too.

The location suited our needs perfectly (right next to the Darmstadt Main Station). The parking fee was reasonable (€7 per night). My kids were really happy with the large family room with a bunk bed! Helpful, friendly staff.

The water pressure of the shower was a bit too weak for my liking. The TV was placed very high, near to the ceiling, making watching a little uncomfortable.

Perfect location near hauptbahnhof, room classification is perfect, and just what any tourist would need - regardless if it is lone wolf, couple, or family. Would want to thank managers and stuff separately because they have helped us with every request.

The location of the hotel was very good for a one night stay.The person at the reception was very friendly

For example, in the bathroom of the hotel, water was collected in the sink and the hair dryer was not of good quality
