Excellent breakfast nice pastries good preserves for the toasts . Nice dining area for breakfast with you to the water. The rooms are very interesting they're all different but they have an oriental kind of eclectic flair with beautiful tiles travertine in the bathroom and the floor area is similar to that and keyless entry the front and the rule so no key programming anymore ‼️ One more thing I forgot to mention is I had a Jacuzzi tub in my room which was really nice! The shower in that room was handheld so that's the only difference basically between the other rooms which have a walk-in shower but they're all different and design!

Well the TV is the only thing that's kind of doesn't have the regular programming or you have to look around for it and it's kind of confusing at times to say the least. But if you have any accounts whatever they are you can log on to them from the set for the most common ones. They have a Roku system installed.

This hotel was very different from most. It is very neat and well decorated. Great showers, very comfortable beds.

Front desk staff not helpful at all. Breakfast , on this visit no coffee available as advertised. The food options were subpar and the Lady handling the breakfast was not friendly or helpful to any of the guests.

The location was perfect. It was on the intracoastal waterway and close to spyglass beach access.

The breakfast was disappointing. We saw chafing dishes in the afternoon when we arrived and assumed there would be hot food the next morning (eggs, potatoes, bacon) but we were met with hard boiled eggs, cereal, bread and cheese slices. We ended up going to a diner down A1A, and spending money we hadn’t planned on.

We very much liked the breakfast offerings ... and especially liked that the food was available later than at most places ... really up until noon when staff cleared it away. This allowed people to show up in a relaxed way, with no time pressure - perfectly suited to a vacation.

I have only one gripe : the room was freezing, and I was unable to warm it up - one needs a code or password to change the thermostat. One can change the temperature desired, but the AC continues to run whether you want it to or not. After 2 days, the temp reached 71. I wanted 77 immediately. I have never stayed in a hotel where I couldn't control the temperature.

B&B feel with all the amenities of a small hotel. The staff is very helpful (when needed), but they take a hands off approach, which was exactly what my wife and I wanted.

Breakfast was fine, but not great. It wasn't crowded during our stay, but there are very few parking spots on property and could be a problem on busier weekends.

Loved the location and it was super clean.

My stay was fantastic, but just a light-hearted warning: the walls are more 'social' than you might expect. Prepare yourself for some unsolicited audio adventures, as you could be treated to the enthusiastic soundtrack of other guests' nighttime activities. Let's just say, it's a live performance you didn't know you had tickets for! LOL.

Excellent location. It had a nice view with a pier. Beautiful building and rooms. Comfortable bed. Impressed with the space and pool.

Breakfast could’ve been better, more options.

The property offered beautiful views in tucked away location, thats was safe, and quiet! The back of the hotel/water and dock were beautiful. I would have appreciated them selling water along with the other beverages, and possibly having a true ice machine. Really sad we missed the guava pastries! Seems like breakfast is definitely for the early birds, but it does stay out so you can grab whatever is still there quite late into the day!

No complaints! I felt the security/front door could be better secured, but the location was so safe, i did not worry for my safety.

I loved this hotel. The breakfast was lovely and quite varied. Coffee was absolutely delicious. It’s a kind of quirky place, beautiful, eclectic with a wonderful setting on the marshes next to the Matanzes river (the intracoastal waterway). Location is a little tricky to find so use your GPS. Restaurants nearby but not walkable. Beach is across the street. It’s a fun and interesting place and the staff there was very helpful. I found the “big brother“ check-in weird and all the codes difficult to maneuver, since so many forms are required to be completed prior to getting your entrance codes to the hotel and to your room. I hope that this is not the future of Travel. It’s a bit too confusing for us older folk although the “Big Bro” was extremely helpful guiding me through it all. Lovely clientele though mostly in their 30s and 40s. Some Europeans too. All very friendly and considerate. Super clean, modern updates, quiet & very comfortable.

The check-in could be better. The price went up from $102 to $123 when Booking.com somehow intruded on my reservation. Otherwise, everything was great.

We absolutely love Bliss! I can't count the times we've stayed. This is an excellent Hotel. I could say a million things I love. The beds are soooo comfortable. The two pools are perfect for relaxing over the intercostal waterway. The inroom jacuzzi is a great way to end the day. I love the architecture of the inside. I love the coffee.

My floor was really sandy. Elaborate headboard dusty. Things are usually immaculate. Never seen this before in about a dozen stays. Seems like maybe new ownership. Some hotel furnishings and decorative items were missing.
