There was a fridge put in the room as requested . So cold drinks could get put in and extra milk fridge snacks. Room was value for money . Liked the checking in system where you called the owner he gave you the code for main front door then separate code for bedroom door. Very secure hardly any noise only people going in out of the doors. Will happily stay again and I'm going try book the deluxe double room next time. Daily housekeeping each day was bonus

No plugs by the bed so had get up and charge mobiles and other electronics away from bed but it was manageable

Great central location, in a quiet street.

Had the one bed en suite wardrobe has seen better days but other than that everything was ok yea coffee milk tv kettle shower was very good old so I had my doubts but turn it on instant hot water great pressure must admit been coming to Yarmouth 60 years and the best shower I’ve ever had

Ideal proximity to where I wanted to be the only downside was late night noise from residents across the road at the Waverley not ideal if you need the window open

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was secure with the entry keypad system. The proprietor Ali is friendly and helpful and he will sort out any problems if needed.

The Freeview TV worked sporadically. It was ok sometimes but others, the picture went all “blocky” and glitchy. A rescan worked only for a short period. The WIFI kept coming and going and found myself using more data on my phone than I felt comfortable with.

It was absolutely brilliant first time I’ve took my children to a hotel overnight stay . they loved it I did to. It was so close to all arcades town centre seafront good location for a family. The staff are lovely and helpful The bedroom was lovely and cosy big enough for me and my 2 children. everything was perfect Thankyou little Emily we were very happy with are stay we will definitely be returning again.

Apart from the seagulls waking me up early hours in the morning 🤣. there is nothing I didn’t like the hotel was perfect for us

I really enjoyed my stay, The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, The staff were polite and attentive. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and major seaside attractions, It was easy to get around from here, which made sightseeing so much more convenient. A great place to stay if you want to explore the area.

I'd stayed here before so I was pleased it was available again for my stay. It's a lovely little place, easy to find and with simple check-in instructions. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a short stay.

The only tiny little thing I found I annoying was the noisy fridge! I was delighted to find I had a fridge, but it was rattling away all night. Just needs replacing I think.

The location was perfect for us with a 4 year old. The room was clean and tidy. I liked that you just used codes and didn’t need to worry about losing keys!

I wasn’t happy there wasn’t any mattress or pillow protectors used which when I striped the beds I noticed some stains. The view out of the window would be nicer if there wasn’t items of clothing thrown out the windows. Maybe some nice flower boxes?! The squeaky door right outside our room was a little annoying through the night.

Fantastic location. Helpful owner. Easy check in. Close to beach and all bars, restaurants etc. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and check-in was easy and quick, Everyone we interacted with was professional and courteous. The location was ideal for morning walks along the beach, seaside attractions, and conveniently situated within the city center near shops and restaurants.
