The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. The receptionists and the waitress/waiters were very kind. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, we could walk to Davos train station (2 min) and the closest ski gondola (8 mins with ski-boots).

Lunch: the kitchen closed at 13h, which is extremely too early in my opinion. Lounge room: they have a cool lounge room where we went to have a hot tee, chill and read a book. Unfortunately, some old men came in and started to smoke in the room next to ours. Despite they closed the glass door which separated the two rooms, they opened the window without understanding that it was the worst thing you could do when the door of the hotel is often opened by guests. The room started to smell so much of smoke that we had to leave the room. Pity!

Nice omelette on request for breakfast. Room was fine.

Ski room isn't very good. Warning on the boot holders that it may negatively affect foam boots.

- The personnel was very polite and attentive to clients (A big thank you to them they were great!) - Very well located (train stop at a few meters) view over the mountains from balcony. - Room and hotel very clean. Did not get any allergies from the floor, etc. - Very relaxed hotel which made the stay great! - Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices + dinner was really good as well (after a ski day: Rosti and fondue) - Spa was very clean and we really enjoyed the two saunas. - parking spot is free (if you find a spot) We will come back next year to do more skitouring around the fluelapass.

Maybe the room was too hot. We sleep at 18° at home so not sure this can be a bad thing from the hotel...just different habit.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage the morning before our check in and in the afternoon after our checkout so we could spend one more day in Davos luggage free. The room was clean and near the train station. We received guest cards for public transport in the village

I would expect the hotel to provide water or other refreshment in the sauna area.

Breakfast was really nice and had a lot of options. For the average prices in Davos it is very reasonable and very pet friendly. They receive you with a bed and plates for your pet and everyone was super kind and happy to receive our dog. The staff was kind and friendly and the facilities were really comfortable.

It is small cosy place, well located, very well maintained and staff is super helpful and friendly! Reception desk goes out of the way to be helpful

At the edge of Davos, not in the center, quiet area but close to the train station Davos Dorf(5-7min. walk)

I think it is not really 4 star ( vs in other parts of Switzerland) Parking was a bit chaotic . Breakfast average.

This room was very clean, a nice size, and a great location from the train station. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and we also had dinner there, which was good.
